The basis is that one should know that with regard to all desires, the taste is small and the faults are many. The noble ones, that is, especially the most excellent and the most abundant, because for them, it is the nature of divine substances, and merely by this it is the most excellent, and the colors and so on are perfect, and they are the most abundant. Saying that the benefit of this speech is fully shown is the concluding words saying that the benefit of this speech previously made is fully shown. In order, 'mind is pleased' is the explanation of joy, and 'mind is without obscuration' is the explanation of ease. Why is that? Because it possesses supreme bliss and does not possess the five obscurations, in order. The five obscurations are desire for desire, malice, drowsiness, sleep, excitement, regret, and doubt. Saying that the benefit of that mind is fully shown is the concluding words saying that the benefit of 'mind is pleased' and 'mind is without obscuration' is fully shown. Among them, merely by the mind being pleased, one has good fortune, how is it? By the order of the causes of joy and so on. Merely the cause of joy and so on, because it is the cause, it is the cause of joy and so on. By the order of the causes of joy and so on, it is by the order of the causes of joy and so on. How is it? Joy arises from great joy. The mind being pleased becomes very gentle. The body being very gentle, one experiences bliss. Being blissful, the mind is placed in equanimity. The mind being placed in equanimity, one knows correctly as it is. 'Mind is without obscuration' is already explained in detail. Saying 'having become all-knowing' means possessing all-knowing. Furthermore, in the extensive explanation, another name, merely by possessing good fortune, one should know that it is fully showing the perfection of lineage. Merely by ability, one should know that it is fully showing the perfection of complete maturation, why is that? Because at that time, for them, both are perfect. Thus, by making speech first, when the continuum has become a vessel, for those whose minds are pleased and become easeful, lineage and complete

It is perfectly mature. Lineage is any of the lineages such as the Shravakas. Complete maturation is the fruit being close to abiding in the continuum. What existed previously is that, when talking about what is to be done previously, it is only lineage that is perfect. If lineage is not mentioned, if only ability is mentioned, but not possessing good fortune, then the Buddhas teach the Dharma that is truly excellent, do they need to rely on lineage and complete maturation? It will not be shown that way. What is the speech that is truly excellent? The noble truth is truly excellent, why? Because the path of seeing and the path of meditation both truly transcend the evil destinies and samsara. The path of seeing truly transcends the evil destinies, because it eliminates the evil destinies. The path of meditation truly transcends samsara. Having that fruit means having the synonym of the fruit of Nirvana. Also, like the desire for becoming, because the fruit is also existence. 《Detailed Explanation - Explanation of Reason》, Volume 10. Monks, form is impermanent, and whatever is impermanent is suffering. Whatever is suffering is selfless. Whatever is selfless, all of that is not mine. That is not me, that is not my self, so one should look at it with correct wisdom as it really is. For form, as it is, up to consciousness, one should also look at it with correct wisdom. Noble Shravakas who have heard, if they see it that way, will become disgusted with form, and with feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. If they become disgusted, they will become free from desire. If they are free from desire, they will be liberated. This is a section of the Sutra Pitaka. Here, becoming disgusted, being free from desire, and being liberated, and the cause of being liberated, are completely shown in order. So-called becoming disgusted, being free from desire, and liberation.

It is the cause of becoming all existences, and becoming the cause is completely shown according to the order. How is it? Aversion is the cause of non-attachment, and non-attachment is the cause of liberation. What is called the cessation of its attainment is the cessation of the attainment of attachment. Other names are also the meaning of what has been said. What is called attachment preceded by joy is another name for attachment preceded by pleasantness. Therefore, it is extensively explained as follows: Thus, attachment preceded by joy, and the bondage of the mind that is not free to enter into forms and other dharmas with attachment preceding it, therefore, according to the order, the antidotes to joy and the antidotes to attachment and bondage, such as aversion, are aversion, non-attachment, and liberation. Aversion, non-attachment, and liberation are not different in time, but are explanations of the order of opposing factors, that is, the opposing factor of aversion is joy. The opposing factor of non-attachment is attachment. The opposing factor of liberation is bondage. Thus, it is an explanation of the order of opposing factors. For example, just as when ignorance ceases, actions cease, the cessation of ignorance and so on are not different in time, but are also explanations of order. Furthermore, what is called other names, the Blessed One extensively explained, how here a monk, with what aspects, what signs, and what characteristics, having abandoned sinful and unwholesome dharmas, dwells in the first dhyana, which is detached, with investigation and analysis, and full of joy and happiness born of solitude. He does not attend to those aspects, those signs, and those characteristics, but rather focuses on whatever belongs to meaningful form up to what belongs to consciousness. After extensively explaining in this way, those dharmas are of the nature of disease, and so on, it is extensively explained. Here is a detailed explanation.
