The so-called 'No' is a fragment of the Sutra section. The so-called 'like that' is 'such'. If you ask how it is in order, the internal stain is like this, making the mind stained, because it is the cause of universal affliction. The internal competitor is like this, for those good dharmas that have not arisen, it becomes an obstacle to arising. The internal opponent is like this, causing the good dharmas that have arisen to completely degenerate. The internal enemy is like this, it is the one that induces such actions that will cause one to go to the lower realms for a long time. Monks, the eye is the ocean of a person, from which arise the powers arising from form. If one can endure the power arising from form, then that is to transcend the ocean of the eye that has waves, has depths, has grasping, and has rakshasas. The so-called 'power arising from form' is a fragment of the Sutra section. The so-called 'power arising from form' refers to the power of affliction focused on the object of form. The so-called 'if one can endure the power arising from form' means that one is not overcome by the afflictions focused on the object of form, this is its synonym. The so-called 'done by the owner of the eye' means that the owner of the eye is the cause, this is its synonym. Two situations related to the four kinds of depletion are revealed as they are, abandoning the training is related to the four kinds of depletion, this is one kind of revealing as it is, and causing it to decline is the second kind of revealing as it is related to the four kinds of depletion. How is it? Because it is said 'having waves, having depths', therefore the first kind is revealed as it is. Here, the basis for depletion, abandoning the training, is the waves as previously described and the depths as previously described. Because it is said 'having grasping, having rakshasas', therefore the second kind is revealed as it is. Here, the basis is also the grasping as previously described and the rakshasas as previously described. Depletion will also cause it to decline.
