, talking, remembering, following the instructions, and teaching the Dharma of instruction, always abiding closely at all times and places, just like the Shravakas extensively teaching karma. The so-called "free from timidity" is synonymous with "free from fear." Enlightenment is because sentient beings can accomplish all their benefits. Thus, it accomplishes all the benefits of sentient beings. Therefore, in terms of definitive meaning, it is enlightenment. Abundance is because it abides in various forms. Thus, various forms abide in the forms of words and letters. In terms of perfecting all sounds, it is because one can distinguish various forms of sounds from one word and abide in them. Thus, one can distinguish various sounds with one form and abide in them. Making all sense faculties satisfied is because one can distinguish various forms of meanings from one and abide in them. Thus, one can distinguish various forms of meanings from one and abide in them. Not deceiving is because it is as vowed. Thus, whoever speaks truthfully is impermanent, etc., just as it is. Moreover, whatever virtues are spoken of are not merely spoken, but are realized as they are. Possessing all excellent aspects is because all worldly benefits are transformed into metaphorical Dharma. Thus, all worldly benefits are transformed into metaphorical Dharma, just like the ocean praising the Bhagavan in the Sutra of the Teaching of the Birth of the Tathagata. Therefore, possessing all aspects and not being separated from that excellent Dharma, it possesses all excellent aspects. Thus, because of completely holding the virtues, with that aspect of teaching, the Bhagavan has well spoken the Vinaya Pitaka. Also, the so-called "again" is a vast arising, that is, why should one respectfully listen to the Dharma again? Thus, with the wheel of excellent combination, "again" is a vast arising. Not being separated from the ultimate Dharma, the so-called "having Dharma" is that which is in accordance with the arising of the ultimate Dharma, that is, having Dharma. Reasoning is also Dharma, as the Sutra says.

Now it is said to appear extensively. Therefore, that which is not separate from the Dharma of reason is that which possesses Dharma. Being in accordance with the wheel and the Dharma, it is a wheel. What is that Dharma in accordance with? It is rolling in another place. It does not possess Dharma, because it is separate from the Dharma of reason. The method of liberation of those is shown, that is, showing self-nature, the person, inner knowledge, and so on, is separate from reason. Thus, it is said to be like the extensive proclamation of what is said, such as time and reverence. At the time of listening, others and I follow, how is it? What is the thought of the speaker, is said to appear extensively. Two actions are thought to be at the same time, namely the action of speaking and the action of walking. For example, eating butter makes one fat, and it is also thought that eating it does not make one fat. So what is it? It is thought that the cause of eating butter makes one fat. Having no merit and holding wrong views, and not listening, are the same if there is no respectful listening to the Dharma. Therefore, it is said to appear extensively like a blind person. Regarding the five benefits, one should also understand that they begin with gaining faith and the three trainings with karma, which is called understanding that they begin with gaining faith, and understanding that they begin with the three trainings with karma, which is such a statement. How is it done? There, starting from gaining faith, by generating faith in the Buddha's teachings, maturing the continuum of those to be tamed, whatever is called, one must separately understand the benefits. The first training with karma, starting from the training of higher morality, eliminating the defilement of broken morality, whatever is called, one must understand as the second benefit, the karma of the training of higher morality is eliminating the defilement of broken morality. The second training with karma, starting from the training of higher mind, eliminating the complete suffering of desire, whatever is called, one must understand as the third benefit. The karma of the training of higher mind is eliminating the complete suffering of desire, that is, making it non-existent. The karma and the agent of

Beginning with the third training, which is the training in higher wisdom. Among these, what is meant by 'pacifying the craving for rebirth'? And what is the extensive occurrence of 'concordant with the aspects of enlightenment'? These should be understood as the fourth and fifth benefits. The function of the training in higher wisdom is to pacify the craving for rebirth, and to generate and increase the qualities that are concordant with the aspects of enlightenment. 'Generating' means causing them to arise, and 'increasing' means making those that have arisen grow. For those who are weary, those who are doubtful, and those who have entered a wrong path, in order to truly show the path and non-path, the phrase 'in order to truly show' is a concluding remark for those who have entered the path of sinful doubt and those who have entered a wrong path, in order to truly show. Because of agitation, defilement, and the fault of finality, the phrase 'because of agitation, defilement, and the fault of finality' refers to the fault of agitation itself, the fault of defilement, and the fault of finality. Distraction, obscuration, and past obscurations, the phrase 'distraction, obscuration, and past obscurations' refers to the fault of agitation caused by distraction, the fault of defilement caused by obscuration, and the fault of inequality caused by past karmic obscurations. A foolish person, even with the qualities of a teacher, cannot find the path of the Dharma. If someone goes astray, from the extensive occurrence of 'If someone goes astray' to 'Purity is this, desire is also possible,' this was spoken by the Elder Moksha in order to lead the world to enter into Suchness. The teacher also, with his beautiful words, from the extensive occurrence of 'If someone goes astray' to his own beautiful words. The extensive occurrence of 'these three qualities' was spoken for the sake of the teachings of the Lord of Ten Powers. Among these, the three qualities are inferior to the verses, namely, becoming a cause of decline, distinguishing between good and non-good, and merely generating desire, what is being shown. The phrase 'That also' refers to considering the three persons for the qualities that arise from this verse.
