ང་ཉུང་ཡང་རུང་བ་སྤངས། ཉེ་དུའི་འཁོར་མང་ཡང་རུང་ཉུང་ཡང་རུང་བ་ཡང་སྤངས་ནས། སྐྲ་དང་ཁ་སྤུ་བྲེགས་ཏེ་གོས་དུར་སྨྲིག་བགོས་ནས་ཡང་དག་པ་ཁོ་ནར་དད་པས་ཁྱིམ་ནས་ཁྱིམ་མེད་པར་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་དུ་དེས་དེ་ལྟར་སོ་སོར་རྟོག་ནས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་ཕུང་པོ་མང་ཡང་རུང་ཉུང་ཡང་རུང་བ་ནས། ཡང་དག་པ་ཁོ་ནར་དད་པས་ཁྱིམ་ནས་ཁྱིམ་མེད་པར་ རབ་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་དེ་ལྟར་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བ་དང་ལུས་དང་ངག་གིས་བསྡམས་ཤིང་གནས་ལ་ཡང་དག་པའི་འཚོ་བ་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱོར་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་སྲོག་གཅོད་པ་སྤངས་ནས། སྲོག་གཅོད་པ་ལས་སླར་ལྡོག་སྟེ། དབྱུག་བ་སྤངས་ཤིང་མཚོན་ཆ་སྤངས་ལ་ངོ་ཚ་ཤེས་པ་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་སེམས་ཅན་འབྱུང་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སྙིང་བརྩེ་བ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དང༌། ཐན་སྲོག་ཆགས་གྲོག་སྦུར་ཡན་ཆད་ལ་ཡང་སྲོག་གཅོད་པ་ལས་སླར་ལྡོག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །མ་བྱིན་པར་ལེན་པ་སྤངས་ནས་མ་བྱིན་པར་ལེན་པ་ལས་སླར་ལྡོག་སྟེ། བྱིན་པ་ལེན་པ་དང༌། སྦྱིན་པ་ལ་དགའ་བ་དང༌། བྱིན་པ་དང་བོར་བ་འདོད་པ་དང༌། མི་རྐུ་བ་དང༌། བདག་ཉིད་བརྐམ་ཆགས་མི་བྱེད་པའི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་མེད་པར་མ་བྱིན་པར་ལེན་པ་ལས་སླར་ལྡོག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །མི་ཚངས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་སྤངས་ནས། མི་ཚངས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་ལས་སླར་ལྡོག་སྟེ། ཚངས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་དང༌། མི་ཆགས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་དང༌། དག་པ་དང་གྲོང་བའི་ཆོས་ལས་ལྡོག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །བརྫུན་དུ་སྨྲ་བ་སྤངས་ནས་བརྫུན་དུ་སྨྲ་བ་ལས་སླར་ལྡོག་སྟེ། ཡིད་བརྟན་པར་བྱ་བ་དང༌། ཡིད་ཆེས་པར་བྱ་བ་དང་ཡིད་གཅུགས་པའི་གནས་དང༌། འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་མི་སླུ་ཞིང་བརྫུན་དུ་སྨྲ་བ་ལས་ལྡོག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཕྲ་མ་སྤངས་ནས་ཕྲ་མ་ལས་ལྡོག་སྟེ། དེ་འདི་དག་ལས་ཐོས་ནས་འདི་དག་དང་དབྱེ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དེ་དག་ལ་མི་སྨྲ། དེ་དག་ལས་ཐོས་ནས་དེ་དག་དང་དབྱེ་བའི་ཕྱིར་འདི་དག་ལ་མི་སྨྲ་ཞིང་བྱེ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་སྡུམས་བྱེད། མཐུན་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་མཐུན་པར་བྱེད། མཐུན་པ་ལ་ཀུན་དུ་དགའ། མཐུན་པ་ལ་དགའ། མཐུན་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཚིག་སྨྲ་ཞིང་ཕྲ་མ་ལས་སླར་ལྡོག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཚིག་རྩུབ་པོ་སྤངས་ནས་ཚིག་རྩུབ་པོ་ལས་སླར་ལྡོག་སྟེ། ཚིག་ཞེར་འདེབས་པ་དང༌། རྩུབ་པ་དང༌། དྲག་པ་དང༌། ཕ་རོལ་ནང་པར་བྱེད་པ་དང༌། སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་པོ་མི་འདོད་པ་དང༌། སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་པོ་ལ་མི་སྡུག་པ་དང༌། སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་པོ་ལ་མི་དགའ་བ་དང༌། སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་པོ་ཡིད་དུ་མི་འོང་བ་དང༌། མཉམ་པར་མ་བཞག་པ་དང༌། ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་མ་ཡིན་པ་འགྲུབ

我即使是少量的也舍弃。亲戚眷属众多也好，少量也好也舍弃，剃除头发和胡须，穿着袈裟，仅仅以真正的信仰，从家到无家出家，心想他如此分别思索，从享乐的聚积众多也好，少量也好中，仅仅以真正的信仰，从家到无家 出家。他那样出家后，以身语约束，安住于真正的生活。他舍弃杀生后，从杀生中返回，舍弃棍棒，舍弃武器，具有羞耻心，具有对一切有情众生的慈悲心，甚至对微小的生物蚂蚁蚊子等也从杀生中返回。舍弃不予取，从不予取中返回，接受给予，喜欢布施，想要给予和施舍，不偷盗，自己不贪婪，没有罪过地从不予取中返回。舍弃非梵行，从非梵行中返回，行梵行，行不淫，从清净和村落的法中返回。舍弃妄语，从妄语中返回，成为可以信任的，可以相信的，可以依靠的处所，不欺骗世间，从妄语中返回。舍弃离间语，从离间语中返回，从那些人那里听到后，为了与这些人分离而不对那些人说，从那些人那里听到后，为了与那些人分离而不对这些人说，也调解分离的人们，随顺和合的人们，对和合感到欢喜，对和合感到高兴，为了和合而说话，从离间语中返回。舍弃粗恶语，从粗恶语中返回，舍弃呵责的语言，粗暴的，强烈的，使他人内心痛苦的，不为众人所喜爱的，不为众人所憎恶的，不为众人所高兴的，不为众人所悦意的，不平等安置的，不能成就禅定的。

I abandon even if it is a small amount. Relatives and retinues, whether many or few, are also abandoned. Having shaved hair and beard, and wearing monastic robes, with faith only in the truth, one goes forth from home to homelessness, thinking that he thus individually contemplates, from the accumulation of enjoyments, whether many or few. With faith only in the truth, one goes forth from home to homelessness. Having thus gone forth, he restrains himself with body and speech and fully engages in a true livelihood. He abandons killing living beings. Turning back from killing living beings, he abandons sticks and weapons, possesses a sense of shame, possesses compassion for all sentient beings, and even turns back from killing living beings such as tiny creatures like ants and mosquitoes. Abandoning taking what is not given, he turns back from taking what is not given, accepting what is given, delighting in generosity, desiring giving and bestowing, not stealing, not being greedy himself, blamelessly turning back from taking what is not given. Abandoning unchaste conduct, he turns back from unchaste conduct, practicing pure conduct, practicing non-attachment, turning back from the Dharma of purity and village life. Abandoning false speech, he turns back from false speech, becoming trustworthy, reliable, and a place of refuge, not deceiving the world, turning back from false speech. Abandoning divisive speech, he turns back from divisive speech, having heard from those people, he does not speak to those people in order to separate from these people; having heard from those people, he does not speak to these people in order to separate from those people; he also reconciles those who are separated, follows those who are harmonious, rejoices in harmony, is happy with harmony, speaks words for the sake of harmony, and turns back from divisive speech. Abandoning harsh speech, he turns back from harsh speech, abandoning reproachful language, harsh, violent, causing others inner pain, not desired by many people, not hated by many people, not pleasing to many people, not agreeable to many people, not equally placed, and not accomplishing meditative stabilization.

Having abandoned words of such nature, one speaks words that are not harsh, that are pleasing to the ear, that are agreeable, that bring joy, that are urban, that are melodious and pleasing, that are clear, that are understandable, that are worthy of listening to, that are not dependent, that are without discord, that are completely unattached, that are desired by many people, that are agreeable to many people, that bring joy to many people, that are pleasing to many people, that are equally established, that have become accomplished in samadhi, one speaks words of such nature and turns back from harsh words. Having abandoned idle talk, one turns back from idle talk. Speaking at the right time, speaking correctly, speaking truthfully, speaking meaningfully, speaking the Dharma, speaking after examination, possessing examination, at the right time, unmixed, orderly, possessing instructions, speaking words that possess Dharma and possess meaning, and turning back from idle talk. Having abandoned trade, one turns back from trade. Having abandoned cheating with measures, cheating with scales, cheating with containers, one turns back from cheating with measures, cheating with scales, cheating with containers. Having abandoned deception and enticement, and possessing violence, one turns back from deception and enticement, and possessing violence. Having abandoned the greed for killing, binding, cutting, and beating, one turns back from killing, binding, cutting, and beating. Having abandoned a house with lamps, one turns back from a house with lamps.
