Because there is no affliction of the ground. Following all sounds is because of following all the characteristics of all grammarians. There is no omission of words and sentences because they are spoken without forgetting. There is no incompleteness because of always being close to the work of taming. Not being timid is because of not relying on gain and respect. Not being inferior is because of being free from shyness. Being very happy is because of not being sad. Being pervasive is because of having expertise in all fields of knowledge. Being understood is because of accomplishing all the benefits of sentient beings. Being continuous is because of not being interrupted. Being abundant is because of being close in various ways. Making all sounds complete is because from one sound, the wisdom of various manifestations of sound is close. Satisfying all the senses is because from one, the wisdom of the manifestation of multiple meanings is close. Not being despised is because of being as vowed. Not changing is because of being well combined in due time. Not being hasty is because of not speaking hastily. Being known throughout the entire retinue is because the retinue, both near and far, hears equally. Having all the supreme aspects is because of transforming all worldly matters into the Dharma of metaphors. And why is that? A well-assembled wheel is also combined with the two qualities of the pusher and the ground. If the pusher is also good at pushing, then there is no unevenness in the ground to be pushed. Similarly, the well-spoken Dharma wheel of the Tathagata is also surrounded by the two qualities of the speaker and the listener. If the speaker speaks correctly, then the listener to whom the Dharma is spoken also listens correctly. Therefore, the two persons of the Bhagavan are those who follow the Dharma wheel possessed by the Tathagata, namely, those who respectfully teach the Dharma and those who respectfully listen to it. What is the Dharma wheel that possesses the Dharma? The Dharma that is not separate from the ultimate truth is the Dharma.
