What should not be done is what is condemned by the noble ones. Fear should be understood as fault. Because fear arises from it. How are meritorious deeds done? It is giving food and drink, edibles, chewables, vehicles, clothes, and so on. Because it is to be given, it is giving. Meritorious deeds are gardens, forests, platforms, ponds, springs, meritorious houses, and so on, because they sustain the world by acting as such. Both of these are the basis of meritorious deeds arising from giving, but the reason for mentioning them separately is to correctly show the distinction between giving with and without distinction. Giving with distinction is the act of making the recipient happy and possessing it alone. Giving without distinction is the act of giving without action in order to allow beings to enjoy it universally. Abiding closely means staying near, Abiding after taking vows means taking vows for one day and one night, and for as long as one lives. In short, this sutra passage says that people should properly accomplish each of the following in order: the lama, the field of merit, the elders, the degenerates, their own actions, and meritorious deeds, each with two, two, and four sentences respectively. The rest correctly shows the cause of easy accomplishment and the differences in the types of meritorious deeds. Who are the preachers of Dharma in the world? Who are the well-entered? Who are the Sugatas? From the beginning of the extensive explanation to the point where it is called the Sugata of the world, is a sutra passage. Here, starting from what is certainly good, it is correctly said that the two authors are asked and answered. There are also two types of authors: the diligent are those who strive correctly. The liberated are those who ultimately depart. Only mentioning desire, hatred, and ignorance is because they are bound to the three feelings in order.

Thus, the Blessed One said that with regard to the feeling of pleasure, desire increases; with regard to suffering, anger increases; and with regard to the feeling of neither pleasure nor pain, ignorance increases. For the sake of taming, that is, for the sake of separation. For the sake of completely abandoning. The so-called "whoever has completely abandoned desire" should be understood as having completely abandoned it from the ground, from the seed, and from the aspect. How is it abandoned from the ground? That is, how is it properly abandoned from the peak of existence upwards? How is it abandoned from the seed? That is, having abandoned the nature of the initial latent tendencies. How is it abandoned from the aspect? That is, having abandoned those to be abandoned by seeing and by cultivation, and having abandoned the aspects such as the subtle of the subtle. Regarding complete knowledge, how is it completely known? That is, saying, "I have abandoned from desire to delusion." Abandonment shows liberation, and complete knowledge sees the wisdom of liberation. Thus, complete abandonment shows that it is to be known individually by oneself, in order to eliminate those who depend on others and those who have doubt. This is called the Sugata in the world. The word "Sugata" in "Sugata" is also seen in the sense of complete, for example, "food is easily digested," "the vase is well filled," and so on. It is also seen in the sense of praise, for example, "good appearance, good attire," and so on. It is also seen in the sense of non-retrogression, for example, "freed from urinary disease," "freed from demonic possession," and so on. With these three meanings, they are Sugatas, that is, having turned back from worldly samadhis, for the sake of going as far as possible, and for the sake of going well, and for the sake of going without retrogression, that is, those who have gone to Nirvana are those who have gone in that way. Thus, Nirvana shows the unsurpassed and the eternal, that is, in order. Fifth fascicle. Thus, karma also exists, as well as afflictions, craving, views, pride, and non-

If there is also ignorance, then such actions will arise in the next life, which is a fragment of the sutra section. Here, the cause of birth and its companions are fully shown. The afflictions become companions to karma, thereby producing birth, because if the afflictions are exhausted, there will be no birth. If the afflictions are not exhausted, then karma will arise as it is. Those afflictions are greed, etc. Among them, greed is the cause of manifest accomplishment. In other sutra sections, it is said to be the cause of birth, while greed is the cause of manifest accomplishment. How is greed the cause of manifest accomplishment? Because it itself becomes the common cause of all bodies, it is the cause of manifest accomplishment. Views, pride, and ignorance are what lead them, because if one is completely ignorant of the nature of selflessness through the view of self and the pride of "I am," then it will wander everywhere and not abandon it. Therefore, only these are mentioned, and not anger and doubt. Furthermore, the companions of karma in the desire realm are all afflictions, while the companions of the form and formless realms are greed, etc., because there are meditative predispositions that are heavily influenced by greed, views, pride, and doubt. Doubt is because it is completely distinguished by ignorance, because for those who are heavily influenced by delusion, definite knowledge will not arise. Monks, these new monks are tormented by the harm of ascetics, overwhelmed by the mire of celibacy, sinful and unwholesome dharmas are completely afflicted, and also have the nature of birth, disease, and painful ripening, and in the next life they will be overwhelmed by birth, old age, and death, which is a fragment of the sutra section. Among them, the harm of ascetics refers to being overwhelmed by gains and respect, thereby falling away from the things of an ascetic, as the Blessed One said: Monks, in this way, some here abandon the training and fall away, and this is falling away from the Dharma and Discipline of the Noble Ones. Celibacy
