If the mind becomes dull, it is because of the continuous effort of diligence, and also in order to abandon the near afflictions of calm abiding and insight, so it is in order. Furthermore, striving is because, at the time of individual observation, it relies on initiating diligence; at the time of cultivation, it relies on samadhi. Because one must strongly hold the dejected mind and settle it inward, it is as stated in the Sutra of Bhikshunis. "Assembled and possessing" or "possessing a sangha" is called a fragment of the Sutra. It shows the retinue, wisdom, faith, and perfect offering. "Assembled and possessing" or "possessing a sangha" refers to the perfect retinue, that is, the assembly, abiding, and order of the listeners. "The teacher of the sangha" refers to the perfect wisdom, because they show the order of their own treatises to those people. "Many people universally know its virtuous nature" refers to the perfect faith, because many people trust in realization. "The great sangha adorns the front with offerings" refers to the perfect offering. "Possessing an army, this Dharma is profound" is a fragment of the Sutra. This is also because the Blessed One is at ease with the realization of the selflessness of phenomena. Because one has not studied wisdom before, it is difficult to see for oneself, therefore it is profound. It is difficult to understand when teaching, therefore it appears profound. One cannot be constant by oneself, therefore it is difficult to see. When teaching, it is not the domain of speculation, therefore it is difficult to understand, because this is unknown to speculation. Furthermore, here, only teaching selflessness is Dharma, because it is difficult to see in the ultimate truth, therefore it is profound. Because it is difficult to understand in the conventional truth, therefore it appears profound. Because it cannot be analyzed in the ultimate truth, therefore it is difficult to see. Because it is not the domain of speculation in the conventional truth, therefore it is difficult to understand, because it is at ease with the ultimate truth, so for its speculation

Because it is not an obstacle. In that case, how does the profound appear profound? By what cause is it fully shown by two words and two words? Now, who can understand such a Dharma? It is said that it can be understood by scholars and wise men who examine carefully. Among them, carefulness is because it focuses on that one meaning, and examination is because it focuses on all meanings, that is, the cause of suchness and all that exists. These two are also of two kinds, namely, the wise, that is, those ordinary beings who have previously fully matured their wisdom, obtained through birth, and possess the wisdom to enter into the meaning of both; and the wise, that is, those who have seen the truth. They are wise because they possess the wisdom to enter into the meaning of both. The Tathagata, seeing ten benefits, established the basis of training for the Shravakas in terms of discipline, which is a section of the Sutra Pitaka. Among them, what is training? What is the basis of training? Taking correctly, following and guarding, and abiding are training. What should not be done, and what should be taken correctly, what should be followed and guarded, and what should be abided are the basis of training. Furthermore, abandoning, taking, individual confession, and learning day and night are training, as it appears in the Sutra Pitaka of Shravakabhumi. The limbs of morality are the basis of training. Furthermore, training itself is the basis, because those who desire training will become superior. To gather the Sangha, it is through conformity with training. To make the Sangha good, it is through beauty. To make the Sangha happy, it is through taking correctly, practice, extreme joy, and abundance. To make the non-believers have faith, it is through beauty that faith arises. To make the believers increase, it is through that itself that it increases. To punish the disrespectful, it is because those who violate the training are not beautiful, and training is through expelling and banishing those who have strong desires from their dwellings.
