is brought to completion. As for taking what is not given, if one desires to engage in sexual misconduct, and also with greed, it is the same. If asked how greed and so on are combined with attachment and so on? In this regard, the path of action of greed is indicated as definitely taking the wealth and possessions of others as one's own. If one desires the wealth and possessions of others, one manifestly strives to take them as one's own. Therefore, attachment is established as combining with it. If it is not like this? If it is like that, then it combines with hatred. If one thinks that even if others take it as their own, there is no fault, then it should be observed as combining with delusion. It should be applied similarly to others as well. For those who lie, it combines with attachment, hatred, and delusion, and any of the three can bring it to completion. For lying, it is the same for sowing discord and frivolous talk. Falsehood is caused by attachment, hatred, and delusion. For wrong view, it also combines with attachment, hatred, and delusion, and is brought to completion by delusion. Karma is also explained as common, and also explained as uncommon, also explained as powerful, and also explained as weak. What is common? It is that which distinguishes the container world. What is uncommon? It is that which distinguishes the sentient being world. Furthermore, what is said about sentient beings arising from mutual influence? There is also karma of sentient beings arising from mutual influence. Arising from mutual influence should also be understood as common karma, by which sentient beings become the cause of the arising of mind and mental factors among each other. Thus, if a sentient being does not become an object of enjoyment for other sentient beings, such as looking at each other's forms, it is not easily obtained. What is powerful karma? The non-virtuous karma arising from the mind of a person with the power of antidote, by generating the power of antidote, those sentient beings who would experience hell, will experience it in this life, or those who would experience it in this life, will...

It will not change, that is, the karma of the unfavorable side. One should observe that the karma of the antidote is the karma that possesses the power of the strong antidote. Even if the unfavorable side has already cast its fruition, it will be transformed to other aspects because of the power of the antidote. In this way, all the virtuous karma arising from the antidote and arising from the mind should also be observed as possessing power. The virtuous karma with strong antidotal power arising from the mind should be observed as having more power than non-virtuous karma. Considering this, the Blessed One said that if the mind of a noble hearer is extremely cultivated to be immeasurable and vast, then karma of any extent will not lead him, will not make him stay there, and will not make him be counted by it. Any non-virtuous karma arising from the mind of a person with weak antidotal power, and any fixed retribution of karma arising from the mind, which has not been abandoned and not fully understood, that is powerful, and this is the concise meaning here. Non-virtuous karma with weak antidotal power, virtuous karma has power. All virtuous and non-virtuous karma that is destined to ripen and has not been abandoned by the noble path is called powerful without distinction. Furthermore, any non-virtuous karma that is very much in accordance with desire, and non-virtuous karma that is in accordance with desire, is inherently powerful, because of the multitude of retinues such as afflictions and near afflictions. Anything that has been previously practiced is also powerful, because it has permeated the continuum. Anyone who abides in a place, and those who are mature, because they manifest attachment and faith very strongly. Whatever cannot be accomplished by those who possess the nature of completely not transcending suffering is inherently powerful, because the antidote cannot purify it. Such as fields and unseeded ones, etc. One should also know that the manifest actions of the mind are also powerful karma, such as aspiring to great bodhi, etc. Furthermore, one should know that there are nine ways in which karma is powerful, namely, field, object, nature, place, attention, intention, companion, and doing it many times.
