Therefore, this should be understood as extremely vast and undiminished in order. What is diminished? It is those who are born in accordance with the aspect of liberation. They are born in accordance with the aspect of liberation because they are destined to be completely liberated from suffering. What is both diminished and undiminished? It is those who have accumulated virtuous roots because they have made worldly people free from desire. The suffering of those who practice in the desire realm is that which increases the roots of virtue because it has made worldly people free from desire, and because they have been determined to truly pass beyond the suffering of suffering, etc., and because it is not permanent, therefore, in order. The intermediate undiminished, etc., should also be combined in a similar way as appropriate. What is the intermediate undiminished? It is those who are born in the form realm and have completely abandoned that which is in accordance with the aspect of liberation. What is diminished and undiminished? It is those who are born in the formless realm and have completely abandoned that which is in accordance with the aspect of liberation. What is diminished among the most diminished? It is all those who are learning. What is diminished among the extremely diminished? It is the name and form that are the cause of the life faculty of all those who are not learning. What is not suffering, but appears as suffering and greatly diminished and closely abides? It is all the Bodhisattvas who have attained the Paramitas, because they are born in samsara according to their wishes. Because the suffering that exists in the continuum of many sentient beings clearly abides closely. As for what is said, "We are suffering," there are three kinds of death: those with virtuous minds, those with non-virtuous minds, and those with unspecified (neutral) minds. Whether by increasing the power of one's own virtuous roots, or by others accomplishing it, those whose minds are clear should be regarded as dying with a virtuous mind. Whether by increasing one's own non-virtuous mind, or by others accomplishing it, those whose flow of mind is clear should be regarded as dying with a non-virtuous mind. Whether the flow of mind is clear or not, because both conditions are not complete, or even if they are unable to manifest and act, it is those who have an unspecified (neutral) mind.

One should observe death. The so-called death with virtuous and other thoughts should be understood as referring to the state before the mind of dying, which is in accordance with attachment to the self. The body of a virtuous person will initially become cold from the lower part. The body of an evil person will become cold from the upper part. For an evil person, the appearance of entering the intermediate state is like a black cloth, or a scene seen in a dark night. A virtuous person is like a white cloth, or a scene seen in a night with moonlight. The existence of the intermediate state is when one is born in the desire realm and the form realm. From the formless realm, it is at the time of death. That is born of mind, and is also called Gandharva, it is a transformation birth, because it is born from the cause of mind-only. Gandharva means to go by scent, meaning to go to a place suitable for rebirth that is similar to scent. It stays for a maximum of seven days, during which it will die and be reborn, if it finds the cause of rebirth. If it does not find it, it will die after seven days and form the existence of the intermediate state again. It repeats like this seven times. What if it is reversed? If at that time, the cause of being reborn elsewhere is strong and manifest, For example, a bhikshu Arhat who has attained the fourth dhyana. When the intermediate state of Sattva, who has equal pride, is manifested and established, if a wrong view of slandering liberation arises, it is like the intermediate state of sentient beings in hell being manifested and established. Staying there and so on. Due to the pulling of previous karma, thoughts of virtuous deeds and so on will arise universally. Beings with the same karma can also be seen. With those who previously practiced good or evil together, one will know that one is staying with them to the extent of a dream. The appearance of the place where one will be born. There, the appearance of the intermediate state of the previous life will be formed. After that, the senses will manifest and be established, and there will be no hindrance to the place of going. Like having magical powers, one quickly goes to the place of rebirth.
