In order to know the various divisions and establishments as they truly are. What is abandonment like? It is the transformation of the Hearers and the Great Vehicle. The transformation of the Hearers' Vehicle is liberation from the objects of the aggregates, elements, and sources, but it does not attain mastery over them. The transformation of the Great Vehicle is both. The explanation of the cause of the object is completely fulfilled as it is. All. What is mastery like? To have mastery over the basis, to have mastery over projection, to have mastery over simultaneous arising, to have mastery over the object, to have mastery over birth, to have mastery over abiding, to have mastery over enjoying the fruit, to have mastery over worldly purification, and to have mastery over transmundane purification should also be regarded as the cause of mastery. Among them, what is called mastery over the basis is that the wind mandala has mastery over the basis of the water mandala and so on, and is the cause of mastery. The container world is of the sentient world. The elements are of those transformed from the elements. The faculties are of the consciousnesses and so on. What is called mastery over projection is that the common karma of all sentient beings has mastery over the projection of the container world, and is the cause of mastery. Previous contaminated karma is maturation and so on. What is called mastery over simultaneous arising is that the mind has mastery over the simultaneous arising of mental factors, and is the cause of mastery. Attention is of the mind. Contact is of feeling and so on. From here onwards, it should be attributed to the twenty-two faculties, and it should be understood that it is established as mastery. Among them, what is called mastery over the object is the faculties of the eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind, because by relying on them, forms and so on can be manifestly accomplished. What is called mastery over birth is the male and female faculties, because by relying on them, one can enter the womb. What is called mastery over abiding is the life faculty, because by relying on it,

Because of abiding in harmony. That which is called the ability to closely enjoy the fruit is the faculties of pleasure and pain, as well as agreeableness and disagreeableness, and equanimity. Because by relying on them, one can individually experience the ripened results of the lovable and unlovable. That which is called the ability to master the purity of the world is the faculties of faith, diligence, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom. Because they are able to subdue the afflictions. That which is called the ability to master the purity beyond the world should be understood as being established in the faculty that makes the non-omniscient omniscient, as well as the omniscient faculty, and the faculty endowed with omniscience. Because they are able to skillfully destroy the predispositions. How are the same support and the similar support? What are the same support and the similar support? Why are they established as the same support and the similar support? The objects of the faculties that are not separated from consciousness and are similar to it constantly arise, and also by constantly arising separated from consciousness and similar to it, one should also observe them as the same support and the similar support. One part of the form aggregate, as well as the realm of form and the five sources. That which is called the objects of the faculties that are not separated from consciousness and are similar to it constantly arising should be understood as the same support, because the objects of the faculties that possess consciousness and are similar to consciousness, it constantly arises and is the same as the arising of consciousness. That faculty is called the same support. Secondly, that which is called constantly arising separated from consciousness and similar to it is the similar support, because it constantly arises similar to the nature of the faculties that do not possess consciousness, and because it is similar to the nature of the faculties, it should be observed as the similar support. One part of the aggregates is the nature of the five faculties such as the eye. The realm of form and the five sources are those very ones such as the eye. It is in order to abandon the manifest clinging to the self as possessing consciousness and not possessing consciousness. How are the grasped and the grasped? Why are they established as the grasped? It is the form that is the place of arising of feeling.
