Determination means to practice by determining which of the three vehicles one should enter and engage in. Determination through faith means to believe, based on the wisdom arising from hearing, just as one has heard. Determination through reasoning means to fully measure the preceding and subsequent meanings with the wisdom arising from contemplation. Determination through beneficial speech means to fully enjoy the Dharma with each other through questions, counter-questions, and the manner of asking questions about what has been heard and contemplated. Determination through complete realization means the path of seeing, because it thoroughly realizes the truth. Determination through complete purification means the path of meditation, because it completely abandons all afflictions. Determination through manifest accomplishment means the path of distinction, because it manifestly accomplishes distinguished qualities. Determination through the skillful differentiation of words means endlessly teaching the Dharma through manifestly accomplishing the second, third, fourth, and so on. Determination through spontaneous accomplishment and the accomplishment of all purposes through mere effort means the wisdom of the Tathagata, because even without prior effort, one can exert effort in all purposes, as the view of unobstructed and unimpeded wisdom enters from the "Sutra of Effort." Determination through speech means being skilled in speech and eloquence, etc. Among these, speech refers to all words. Skillful speech refers to being skilled in speech in the world. Contentious speech refers to speaking discordantly. Evil speech refers to speaking slanderously. Concordant speech refers to speaking in accordance. Instructive speech refers to speaking for the sake of understanding. Eloquence in speech refers to where one should speak, such as the king's palace, which is where the king resides. The place where appointees gather is where those appointed by the king gather. Gathering refers to the gathering of merchants, and so on. A friend who is a reliable measure is one whose words cannot be refuted by either the speaker or the opponent. Ascetics and Brahmins who are skilled in Dharma and meaning are those who have mastered the words and meanings of the respective treatises. The basis of speech refers to what one relies on to speak.

That is, the limb, such as the establisher and the established. Among them, the nature of the establisher refers to the distinction of whether "my nature" and "the nature of dharma" exist or not. The special establisher refers to the distinction of whether "my special" and "the special of dharma" are pervasive of all, or not pervasive of all, are permanent or impermanent, are with form or without form, and so on. The proposition is to express in order to make others understand the meaning that one wants to establish. If "establisher" is not mentioned, then even if one's own tenet has been established, it is necessary to declare it to others. If "the meaning that one wants to establish" is not mentioned, then even the words that establish the tenets of others will become a proposition. If "others" is not mentioned, then even if one is alone, that sentence will become a proposition. If "understanding" is not mentioned, then even the actions of the body are considered a proposition. If "expression" is not mentioned, then even if the listener does not understand that meaning, it will become a proposition. If it is established as stated, then all these faults will disappear, so this establishment should be understood. The reason is the cause of generating trust in the unknown meaning in the establisher itself, that is, the statement of manifest visibility and invisibility. Among them, the cause that makes people trust is called the meaning of the reason here. For example, by stating manifest visibility and invisibility, trust is generated for the unknown meaning in the establisher itself, therefore, it becomes the cause of the statement, so it is called the reason. Manifest visibility and invisibility should be understood as the nature of reality and the function of the sign. The example refers to the similar combination and statement of known and unknown things, which is to understand the known part and the unknown part, so it is called the statement. The application refers to the consistent statement in a reasonable way because the remaining dharma of that category is combined with similar things. That is, just as the meaning to be established is established through three limbs, for the establisher and the established that are similar to the remaining things, the dharma is also combined with the meaning of the establisher. The consistent statement in a reasonable way, and this reason
