Then, these three karmas, because of wisdom preceding and wisdom following, there is no unpredicted karma. Among them, because wisdom completely arises, it is wisdom preceding. Because it runs together with wisdom, it is wisdom following. Furthermore, an Arhat cannot realize all knowable things of the three times merely by effort, therefore his wisdom seeing is obstructed. Also, he cannot realize everything, therefore his wisdom seeing is hindered. The Tathagata can realize all knowable things of the three times merely by effort, therefore these are called the eighteen unshared dharmas of the Buddha. Among them, the first six are the incomparable purity of body, speech, and mind activities, which are the perfect samadhi and so on. Among them, the so-called "no confusion" refers to starting from the complete purity of the body's activity. The so-called "no noise" refers to starting from the complete purity of the speech's activity. The four so-called "no forgetting," "no different thoughts," "no unequal mind," and "no unexamined equanimity" should be understood as being due to the complete purity of the mind's activity. The six from "no decline of desire" to "no decline of liberation" refer to the Tathagata's faculties being in harmony with the place and in harmony with the result, with no decline at all for what has not been obtained, which is the perfect samadhi and so on. Among them, the place is desire. The result is liberation. The faculties should be understood as diligence and so on. All the activities of body, speech, and mind are wisdom preceding and wisdom following, these three refer to the incomparable activity, which is the perfect samadhi and so on. The three from "wisdom without attachment or obstruction to the past time" to "to the present time" refer to abiding in wisdom, which is the incomparable perfect samadhi and so on. The complete knowledge of all aspects of the aggregates, elements, and sources

The term "attainment" refers to the synonym for knowing and accomplishing the ultimate nature, characteristics, and classifications of the aggregates and so forth. These are fully revealed through the place of manifest accomplishment, the person who accomplishes manifest accomplishment, and the means of manifest accomplishment. The means of manifest accomplishment is to repeatedly contemplate as it has been established, to abide in equanimity of mind as it has been shown, and to repeatedly abide in that, which is a synonym. For example, wanting to manifestly accomplish the immeasurable, through what is shown by loving-kindness and so forth, without, unparalleled and so forth, relying on meditation and thinking, one increases through contemplation. Similarly, wanting to manifestly accomplish clairvoyance and so forth, through becoming one and transforming into many and so forth, one increases through contemplating the establishment, and should combine it thus. These qualities such as the immeasurable are of two kinds: abiding close to one's own activity is when those noble ones perform the activity of abandoning unfavorable factors in various ways. Transforming from abiding is when those immeasurables without an object, gathered by the most peaceful, non-conceptual wisdom, abide happily in the present dharma. Among them, the immeasurables abandon unfavorable factors, which refer to harmful intent, malice, displeasure, attachment, and anger, in that order. These four immeasurables are called loving-kindness, because they accord with the benefit of sentient beings. Therefore, in their place, one abides with compassion for all sentient beings, thereby perfecting the accumulation of merit. Precisely because of this, one does not tire of maturing all sentient beings, because one treats all sentient beings with compassion without regard for oneself. From the liberations, two manifestly accomplish the path of emanation. The third is that the virtuous emanation is not defiled by all afflictions. The four formless liberations do not cling to the peaceful liberations. The last is the abode of the noble ones, the most supremely peaceful place.
