It is not to be understood for each and every one, but to be done in a continuous state. The so-called "words of self-nature" refer to eyes, ears, gods, and humans, and so on. The so-called "special words" refer to all conditioned phenomena being impermanent, all sentient beings will die, and so on. The so-called letters of the place of those two refer to the letters of the place of self-nature and special words, such as A, I, U, and so on. Everything is limited to just these, that is, naming self-nature, special, and those two in this way. Everything is named through these, therefore, the collection of names, words, and letters should be distinguished and established. The so-called to prevent what belongs to synonyms from becoming other, for example, the eye is the synonym of the eye, but it can also become other synonyms, such as the drawer, the clarifier, the guide, the viewer, and so on, because it can also be understood through those. Similarly, the letters A and I cannot be expressed by other synonyms except for the synonym A and I, therefore, they will not become other synonyms, so they are letters. Change should be understood as going. It should be established as entering a continuous state, because there is nothing close to it for a moment or an interrupted state. The so-called cause and effect are different, for example, the cause of the desired effect is good conduct, the cause of the undesired effect is bad conduct, and so on, the effects are produced from different causes. The so-called cause and effect are the same, even if they are other, what effect is suitable for what, for example, the effect of giving is enjoying abundance and so on. The so-called arising from each one should be understood as not arising simultaneously. For the cause and effect that continuously arise, what is the cause and effect that has already arisen and has already ceased is called the past time, what has not yet arisen is called the future time, and what has arisen but has not yet ceased is called the present time.
