is the concluding word. If that is so, why is it not called "thousand"? Because the intention of establishing each aggregate as a thousand thousand is firm. For example, if one starts adding from one, it will become ten. Adding ten, it will become a hundred. The base of thousand etc. should be regarded as ten hundredfolds. For example, ten hundredfolds are a thousand. A hundred thousandfolds are a hundred thousand. A hundred hundred thousands are a billion. Similarly, for all the higher numbers, one of these two, hundred and ten, will inevitably become the base. Therefore, if they are added together, these ten hundredfolds are established as one Dharma aggregate. In this way of expansion, the words of the eighty-four thousand Dharma aggregates will become eighty billion four hundred million. Seventh fascicle. Then, what is the object of these Dharmas contained in the three pitakas? It is the object of the mind and mental factors arising from hearing, etc., which is the term called "object." Incidentally, starting from the Dharma of mind and mental factors, the characteristics such as having an object are established, such as the object. Then, among the Dharmas, what is their object? It is the Sutra Pitaka, etc., which is the term for explaining the Sutra Pitaka, etc., which are contained in the collection of names, sentences, and letters. The aspect is that which is shown starting from the aspects of the meaning of the aggregates, etc., is the aspects. These should be understood as mind and mental factors. The place is knowing, remembering, and habits from others. Among them, when explaining, knowing from others abides, because knowledge arises from the sound of others. After that, memory abides, because it is accustomed by remembering as it was heard. After that, habits abide, because even if there is no memory afterwards, it will appear later due to the power of the habit of habituation. Correspondence is that mind and mental factors, etc., in the way that one helps the other, correspond to the aggregates, etc., and the aspects of the meaning of extreme correspondence.

It is the correct understanding of the objects of focus in the Sutra Pitaka and so forth. The detailed division of the object of focus on Dharma is fourfold, including pervasive objects of focus. Pervasive objects of focus are fourfold, distinguished by images accompanied by conceptualization and so forth. Among these, aspiring mental engagement refers to worldly mental engagement in any one aspect. Solely that mental engagement refers to that which is beyond the world and that which is obtained from the aftermath of solely that. How many things there are among all phenomena means that the entity of all phenomena is exhausted in these things, and what is called "what" is established, such as the aggregates, elements, and sense bases. As it is, it is to be known that these are in these ways, such as through the gateway of truth, to know that the aggregates, elements, and sense bases themselves are consistently suffering, up to the path. Through the aspect, each truth is to be known by four aspects. Without distinction, then everything is to be known through suchness. In terms of the chapter on the summary of Dharma, one should know that all conditioned things are impermanent, up to the fourth nirvana. In terms of the chapter on the aspects of liberation, from emptiness to signlessness. The complete accomplishment of the need is the accomplishment of the transformation of the basis, and for the transformation of the basis, the object of focus appears without being inverted. The sixteen aspects that show how it exists as it is, and the three aspects of liberation that are shown, are all mutually inclusive. How so? Among the sixteen aspects, two are aspects of emptiness: the aspect of emptiness and the aspect of selflessness. Six are aspects of wishlessness: the aspect of impermanence, the aspect of suffering, the cause, the arising, the production, and the aspect of conditions, because these have no desire for the three realms. The remaining eight are aspects of signlessness, because it is not possible to make cessation and the path into signs. The object of focus for purifying conduct is the unattractive and so forth of conduct towards desire and so forth, which pacifies the increase of desire and so forth. For phenomena such as ignorance and so forth

Manifesting phenomena such as formations, knowing that these do not arise from causelessness, nor do they arise from discordant causes such as Isvara, is to be skilled in dependent origination. Even if they arise only from the cause of dharma, concordant causes produce concordant results. Thus, knowing that the maturation of good conduct is desirable and the maturation of bad conduct is undesirable, one should know this as being skilled in what is and is not the proper place. The object of purifying afflictions, in the stage of the worldly path, is to suppress that which is entirely bound by the coarseness and peacefulness of the lower and upper realms. In the stage of the path beyond the world, if condensed, it is suchness. If elaborated, it is the four noble truths, because they thoroughly destroy latent tendencies. One should speak of the four kinds of reasoning related to the examination of the Dharma, such as the Sutra Pitaka, because they examine it. Among them, the reasoning that depends on that is that when phenomena arise, they depend on conditions. For example, from the arising of a sprout, it depends on seeds, time, water, and fields, and on the faculty of consciousness, object, and attention. The reasoning of action is like this: the eye and so on are the objects of the place of eye consciousness and so on. Forms and so on are the objects of focus. Eye consciousness and so on separately cognize forms and so on. Craftsmen such as goldsmiths are said to make gold and so on. The reasoning of establishing proof is to show that the established meaning is contained within its own nature and distinctions, and is not in contradiction with valid cognition such as direct perception, and so on. The reasoning of the nature of phenomena is like this: fire burns, water rots, and so on, which is the nature of famous phenomena. As it is said: "The rich eye is empty from permanence to self." Why? Because its nature is this. So it is said. The all-pervading search for names is name.
