It is said to be "erroneous." Being ignorant of the ripening of fruits, non-virtuous actions arise, because they are entirely afflicted. If ignorance exists, there is no opportunity for correct views characterized by manifest intention towards the ripening of fruits. Being ignorant of that very meaning is what is called merit, wisdom, and the unwavering three. That very meaning refers to the Four Noble Truths. If one is ignorant of this, even if there is a virtuous mind, because the truth has not been seen, it will be connected to latent habitual tendencies. Due to its influence, they do not fully understand that the three realms are the nature of suffering as it is, therefore they arouse meritorious and unwavering actions that become the cause of rebirth. Those who have seen the truth are not like that, because they are not ignorant of that very meaning. Therefore, they are called those that arise from that cause. Killing, etc., those who desire whips, etc., are driven by attachment. Those who want revenge are driven by hatred. Offerings, etc., are driven by delusion. Hatred itself leads to completion, because it is impossible to kill sentient beings without compassion. Harsh speech, etc., should also be applied as appropriate. How are greed, etc., driven by attachment, etc.? In this regard, the path of action of greed, if it is determined to take the wealth and possessions of others as one's own, then if one desires the wealth and possessions of others, one will strive to take them as one's own, therefore it is considered to be driven by attachment. If one does not want this to become mine, then it is driven by hatred. If one thinks that even if it is possessed by others, there is no fault, then it should be known to be driven by delusion. The same should be applied to others as well. What arises from mutual influence should be known as common karma, and due to its influence, sentient beings become the cause of the arising of mind and mental factors for each other. Actions corresponding to the discordant side should be regarded as antidotal actions with great power.

, because even if the unfavorable aspects have matured into results, they can be transformed by the power of the antidote. Virtuous actions with strong antidotal power, arising from the mind, should be regarded as more powerful than non-virtuous actions. Non-virtuous actions with weak antidotal power are more powerful than virtuous actions. All virtuous and non-virtuous actions that are certain to ripen and have not been abandoned by the noble path are called powerful without distinction. Non-virtuous actions that are fully combined with desire are naturally powerful because they have many retinues such as afflictions and near afflictions. Whatever has been previously practiced is also powerful because it has imbued the continuum. Whatever abides in a place is for those who are mature, because they do it with strong attachment and faith. For those whose nature is not to transcend samsara, whatever path cannot be practiced is because the antidote cannot arise. The field refers to not killing, etc. The manifestation of the mind refers to making aspirations for bodhicitta, etc., and it should be known as a powerful action. Again, one should know the powerful action in nine ways, namely: The field, if it becomes a field of generosity with qualities. The object, if the object of generosity becomes abundant and numerous. The nature, morality is more powerful than generosity. Such as saying that the one who observes morality meditates, etc. The basis, the one who performs meritorious deeds becomes free from desire. Attention, if the attention becomes very joyful. Intention, having the intention to be free from samsara. Companion, being completely possessed by other objects of meritorious deeds. Doing it many times, is doing it again and again, or repeatedly thinking about it. Many people also, is that I have done it myself and also made others do it. If someone says this, how does this person act, and so on, experiencing the ripening in that way, then in that way, he will not abide in celibacy and will truly suffer.

It is said, "The time when happiness is exhausted and suffering is ended will not appear." If this is done, how can one not abide in ব্রহ্মচর্য (brahmacarya, celibacy)? Because one possesses strong afflictions, if one examines separately, because one completely guards the precepts with suffering, if its maturation is also similarly accompanied by suffering and discomfort, then guarding it is meaningless. Because one indulges in unchaste conduct with the wives of others, etc., with happiness and comfort, if its maturation is also similarly experienced, then abandoning it is meaningless. If this is done, one will not abide in ব্রহ্মচর্য (brahmacarya, celibacy). If so, how can one truly exhaust suffering, and the time when suffering ends will not appear? Therefore, its cause is that the maturation of abiding in ব্রহ্মচর্য (brahmacarya, celibacy) is suffering. If this is done, the maturation of actions accompanied by happiness will become happiness itself. The maturation accompanied by suffering will become suffering itself. That which is neither suffering nor happiness will become neither suffering nor happiness itself. The Blessed One has forbidden this certainty here. Completely destroy, saying like this: How will this person experience, how will he be experienced, etc., the virtuous and non-virtuous associated with happiness, how will they experience happiness, suffering, and neither suffering nor happiness in the future, the maturation of happiness, etc., is permitted.
