also desires in that way. Combination is thinking of taking it as one's own. Completion is determining to take it as one's own. The basis of harmful thoughts is sentient beings who have become the cause of all torment. Completion is determining to kill and so on. The basis of wrong view is that things are real. The thought is to perceive existence as non-existence, and to desire it in that way. Completion is determining to slander. What arises from the mind of being instigated by others is this: Some people, against their will, are forcibly instigated by others, and after thinking, engage in non-virtuous deeds. What arises from the mind of being entreated by others is this: Some people, against their will, are entreated by others, and thinking that this is beneficial, are made to grasp the right view and accept it, and abiding in thought, engage in non-virtuous deeds. What arises from the mind of ignorance is this: Some people do not clearly understand merit and fault, and have no manifest attachment, and after thinking as they please, engage in non-virtuous deeds. What arises from the mind of manifest attachment to the root is this: Some people are overwhelmed by attachment to the root of non-virtue and so on, and their minds are suppressed, and after thinking with strong manifest attachment, engage in non-virtuous deeds. What arises from the mind of perversion is this: Some people, although desiring the Dharma, look to causes that are not in accordance with it, and thinking for the sake of obtaining a pleasing result in the future, engage in non-virtuous deeds. Among them, the first three actions arising from the mind, even if they have been completed, will not become an increase, therefore, the ripening of these will not necessarily be experienced. The latter two actions arising from the mind, if they have been done, will become accumulation, and their ripening will necessarily be experienced. Increase, which is said to be the increase of habit, should be understood as the complete nourishment of the seeds of ripening in the all-ground consciousness. The determination to do the action is when past actions have determined the stream of ripening and have been cast forth, and when he is determined to do this action, he does that action without contradicting it. Because the certainty of its cause is like the cause of the result, preventing it from not being done is

Even the Blessed Ones do not act without experiencing the consequences. The definite experience of ripening is the karma born of mind, as before. The definite time is also determined for the time of karmas such as experiencing in this lifetime. How this ripening ripens in this lifetime, this is after birth, this is other times, and so on. The ripening fruit of the paths of the ten non-virtuous actions should be known in animals, hungry ghosts, and sentient hell beings. The result of the cause being similar is that those who die and are reborn as humans from the lower realms, their bodies and enjoyments corresponding to killing and not giving are not abundant. Like short life and poverty, etc., how to match them accordingly. The dominant result is that external things such as crops are not abundant in accordance with each other, such as the harvest will be reduced due to killing. Similarly, the fruits of the ten virtuous paths with outflows also become three each among gods and humans, and how to match them accordingly. One karma draws one body, because one moment of karma nourishes the seed of ripening of only one lifetime. One draws many, because it nourishes the seeds of ripening of many lifetimes. Many draw one, because many moments of karma nourish the same seed again. Many draw many, because many depend on each other and nourish the seeds that pass from one generation to another. Why is the virtue of the form realm and the formless realm and the complete said to be immovable? Just as the virtue practiced in the desire realm can perfect the virtue of other sentient beings and can bring out other ripenings, similarly, the virtue practiced in the form and formless realms is not like that, because the determination of the ground can produce fruit. Therefore, because it does not waver in bringing out ripening, and because it is the place of equanimity, it is immovable, not...
