Therefore, one thoroughly understands the suffering that arises from change. The continuous arising and ceasing of conditioned phenomena, along with negative experiences, are not what we desire. Relying on the impermanence inherent in both of these, one thoroughly understands the suffering of conditioned phenomena. When I consider the impermanence of conditioned phenomena and the variability of conditioned phenomena, whatever is felt is referred to here as suffering. What is called suffering here is neither suffering nor pleasure, and experiencing pleasure is understood as another way of referring to suffering. Experiencing suffering, because it is known as suffering in the world, there is no need to explain it there. Those conditioned phenomena that appear as arising, etc., are considered suffering because they are themselves impermanent. Otherwise, the path would also become suffering because of impermanence. The characteristic of emptiness is something different from the conditioned phenomena that are the nature of characteristics such as permanence, i.e., it does not exist in them. These conditioned phenomena always have the nature of selflessness, which is the nature of being separate from it, and both of these are called emptiness. Emptiness of essence is the grasping of the nature of the completely imputed, because it does not exist only by its own nature. Similarly, emptiness of non-existence is the grasping of the nature of dependence, because there is no such aspect that can be universally imputed. Emptiness by nature is the grasping of the nature of the perfectly established, because that is the nature of emptiness. The characteristic of selflessness is that those conditioned phenomena themselves are not the characteristic of self that is universally imputed by those who claim to have a self. The nature of all conditioned phenomena, such as destruction, is known as impermanence, but it is not known as momentariness, therefore it needs to be proven. Among them, mind and mental factors are known in the world as momentary, therefore, the momentariness of form, which has not been proven by it, is to be proven. How is it proven? What is called being seized by the mind is the mind

The body is accomplished by moments. Why is that? Because accomplishment and happiness are one. Thus, the body that is combined with consciousness is truly accomplished, but the body that is separated from consciousness will decay. Therefore, since the mind and accomplishment and happiness are one, it should be recognized as momentary in the same way. If the mind changes, it also changes accordingly, because in states of happiness and suffering, desire and hatred, etc., when the mind changes, the body also appears to change. Therefore, as the mind changes in each moment, the body also changes accordingly, thus proving that the body is momentary. Because it is the abode of the mind. The body with senses is definitely established as the abode of the mind. Whatever is the birthplace of something, it does not appear to become its abode without being destroyed. For example, fire and sprouts are like wood and seeds, etc. Therefore, since each moment becomes the abode of the mind, complete destruction is proven only in each moment. Because it arises under the control of the mind. All internal and external forms arise under the control of the mind. Therefore, since the cause is momentary, the result should also be recognized as momentary. What are the causes and conditions for the arising of form, those are impermanent. How can the form that arises dependent on impermanent causes and conditions be permanent? It should be understood in the manner of the words that appear in the sutras. Because the mind can control, the mind with special power can control form, because it can change it as it wishes. Therefore, if one wants to change into another form in each moment, then another form will appear, thus proving that it is momentary. Also, because the goal is to eventually change. Each moment itself does not change, but suddenly becomes the final state of form, in the unchanging kind, other examples are also mentioned. In the kind that does not change, that goal is also like that, therefore, the final change of form is because each moment of its own continuum arises from the cause of increasing change, so form is momentary.
