My knowledge is like rivers and great elephants, and seeing my own head being cut off is also not with characteristics. "Two images" refers to the realm of mirrors and samadhi. Because it is based on the image of one's own mind, it is without characteristics. "Because it has a connection with it" is a summary, a synonym for "because it has a connection with the past and future, etc." If things truly exist, then non-discriminating wisdom will not arise. Because there are things that can be distinguished. Because there is no non-discrimination, the Buddha himself would not exist, which is a fault that harms the root. Therefore, it must be known that things do not truly exist. Therefore, things are also non-existent, such as bodhisattvas obtaining freedom, etc., which is a synonym for "those who have obtained freedom." "Meditators" refers to shravakas and others other than bodhisattvas, who practice meditation, so they are meditators. "Due to the power of faith" is due to the power of thought. For example, things like land, etc., will be taken in that way, which is a synonym for "for things like gold, etc." "Achieving distinction here" is a synonym for "achievement of wisdom." "Wise" is because of having achieved wisdom, the bodhisattva himself is wise. "Obtaining peace" is obtaining samadhi. For the attention to all dharmas, it refers to all dharmas such as the Sutra Pitaka and the sections proclaimed by song. "Because it appears as things in this way" means that no matter how one attends to the Sutra Pitaka, etc., in ways such as selflessness, the meaning of those things will appear in that way, and attention itself will appear as the grasper and the grasped, and no external things will appear. "Wisdom runs in non-discrimination," etc., should be connected to "things do not exist." Because of what

When non-conceptual wisdom manifests, all things do not appear, therefore, one should also understand that there are no things. Because there are no things, there is no discriminating consciousness. What should be done most is because there are no things, therefore, one should also understand that there is no discriminating consciousness. If there is no object to be known, then it cannot become the knower, and the explanation of the characteristics of the knowable has already been well analyzed before. The so-called Prajñāpāramitā and non-conceptual wisdom are not different, which means they are the same, that is, any non-conceptual wisdom, it itself is Prajñāpāramitā. For example, it is also mentioned in itself: Bodhisattvas abide in Prajñāpāramitā in a non-abiding manner, and by practicing other pāramitās, they can be perfected. How is this? The text mentions "in order to completely abandon the five abodes", in which the five abodes are revealed through statements such as "completely abandoning the abode of pride of the heretics". Here, they abide by singing, that is, the heretics think "we fully know with our own wisdom". Bodhisattvas will completely abandon these abodes, because "I" and "mine" will not arise in wisdom. Because they have completely abandoned these, they abide in Prajñāpāramitā in a non-abiding manner. If the Bodhisattva does not see that the only Prajñāpāramitā is non-conceptual, then it will be like abiding in the conceptual Prajñāpāramitā, and the Bodhisattva will completely abandon that abode. Therefore, abide in it in a non-abiding manner, as it is said: Seeing you is bondage, not seeing you is also bondage, seeing you is liberation, not seeing you is also liberation. The so-called completely abandoning the abodes of the two extremes of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa refers to how worldly people abide in the edge of saṃsāra because of their pride, and how noble Śrāvakas abide in the edge of nirvāṇa because of abandoning afflictions, Bodhisattvas are not like that, therefore not

Due to completely abandoning the abodes of both, it is the manner of non-abiding. The place that is held to be sufficient with just the abandonment of the afflictive obscurations is that of the Hearers, etc., because they consider that to be the purpose. That obstructs the benefit of sentient beings, therefore Bodhisattvas completely abandon it. As it is said: Going to hell for Bodhi, is not always an obstruction, but the land of the Pratyekabuddhas and, the Hearers are obstructions. Like that which is said, abandoning that place is the manner of non-abiding. Not regarding the benefit of sentient beings, the realm of Nirvana without remainder of aggregates is that of the Hearers, etc. Not regarding the benefit of sentient beings, they abide in Nirvana without remainder of aggregates, they are liberated like a fire that has consumed wood. That is completely abandoned by Bodhisattvas, because with wisdom and compassion they do not abide in Nirvana. Having completely abandoned that, it is said to be the manner of non-abiding. From the wisdom of the Hearers, the wisdom of the Bodhisattvas is shown to be distinguished by five aspects. The distinction of non-conceptualization is that the Hearers, etc., do not conceptualize the four inversions. Bodhisattvas do not conceptualize all dharmas up to what is called Bodhi. The distinction of not being one-sided has three aspects. The non-one-sidedness of realizing that alone is that the Hearers, etc., realize the selflessness of persons only in that one aspect. Bodhisattvas realize the selflessness of both persons and phenomena. The non-one-sidedness of what is to be known is that the Hearers, etc., only generate knowledge on the truths of suffering, etc., because they consider that to be the purpose. Bodhisattvas generate knowledge on all that is to be known. The non-one-sidedness towards sentient beings is that the Hearers, etc., apply the knowledge of exhaustion and non-arising for their own benefit. Bodhisattvas apply it for the sake of all sentient beings to great Bodhi, these three aspects are the non-one-sided distinctions of the Hearers and Bodhisattvas. Non-abiding itself is a distinction, therefore it is the distinction of non-abiding, the Hearers, etc.
