It is the final word. If one develops the perception that giving is meaningless, then non-distraction is concentration, because it prevents the mind from being scattered. Perceiving there is the final word for giving through equanimity. If it is said that stinginess arises, then it is the final word for abandoning from the root. If it is said that one does not abide at the extremes, then it is not abiding like a Hearer who only abides in peaceful conduct. If it is said that one is not in control of giving, then it is the final word for not being in control of the opposite of giving, such as stinginess. If it is said that one does not abide in the inexhaustible, then it is the final word for attaining the ultimate perfection, Buddhahood itself, and not abiding in it, but engaging in giving for the benefit of others through emanations. Just as with giving, so too with ethics and so forth, one should apply them accordingly, that is, combine them as before. How does one possess ethics? If one does not protect ethics even slightly, it is because one sees that self and others are not harmed, and therefore one will possess the ethics of others. In a certain sutra, it says, "Monks, I am a killer of life," and so on, there it shows the intention, if it is said that beings are completely liberated from samsara, then it is the final word for crossing over. If it is said that it is not given by anyone, then it is not emanated. Taking all sentient beings oneself is the final word for not letting others do it. To practice perversely towards desires is because the desires of objects and the desires of discrimination are merely delusions. As it is said: Attachment, hatred, and ignorance, are said to arise from discrimination. From the perversion of suffering and non-suffering, they arise dependently. Those that arise dependently from the perversion of suffering and non-suffering, those are without inherent existence. Therefore, desires are not true. As it is said. To speak falsely to one who is false, as it is said: The Blessed One said that the Dharma of deception, that is a lie.

That is, all conditioned phenomena are deceptive dharmas. Therefore, they are called false. As it is said. The so-called "supreme one who abides in emptiness" is a definitive way of speaking. The so-called "abiding on the other shore of knowable things" is a synonym for "abiding," and the other shore of knowable things is omniscient wisdom itself. If it is said, "to truly and completely distinguish and speak of all dharmas," then that very statement has already been made. If it is said, "to constantly attain unsurpassed samadhi," it is, as before, a definitive way of speaking, for the samadhi possessed in the mind-stream of the Buddha is unsurpassed. The so-called "this harms all that afflict the mind" is a prevention, a synonym for "causing to abandon." The so-called "false view that abides in all of everything" is the unreal pervasive conception. The so-called "seeing reality as it is" is seeing without error. The sutra says, "The Buddha's dharmas are profound." What are those? The sutra shows the intention from "the permanent dharmas that appear in other sutras are the Buddha's dharmas" to "the undefiled dharmas are the Buddha's dharmas." Because the Dharmakaya is permanent. The so-called Dharmakaya is the nature of transformation, the suchness that is free from all obscurations. The so-called permanent is because it is unchanging. Immaculate and unobstructed unsurpassed wisdom is also such, because it is without outflows, and does not ripen like the formless. It is permanent because it is mixed with suchness. Because it is not manifestly accumulated by karma and afflictions. The eighty-four thousand behaviors of sentient beings are behaviors that correspond to attachment, hatred, and ignorance, each of which has twenty-one thousand. What corresponds to the antidote are the eighty-four thousand collections of dharma. The so-called "dharmas associated with attachment," "dharmas associated with hatred," and "dharmas associated with ignorance" have already been fully revealed by the explanation itself. The so-called "undefiled dharmas" refer to all the obscurations on the extremely pure suchness.
