Merely generating the intention to recollect, therefore, they are called enterers. In order to show how to enter the path of seeing. To fully understand as it is, means to fully understand the expression of the mind as it is. How does one fully understand as it is? That is, understanding the expression of the mind as being without phenomena, without meaning, without grasper, without grasped. In order to show entering the path of meditation, it is called meditating on the antidote to all obscurations, that is, familiarizing oneself with that complete understanding, which becomes meditation. Therefore, whatever is understood by non-discrimination and so on, one purifies obscurations with that. In order to show entering the path of consummation, it is called because there are no obscurations, which means that in the stage of extremely pure wisdom, there are not even extremely subtle obscurations, which is entering the path of consummation. In what way does it show entering? That is, generating the power of virtuous roots and praising the mind with three aspects, that is, the Bodhisattva who generates the power of virtuous roots, because it is shown by that power, the mind will not be timid, and subduing the mind with three aspects is also praising the upliftment of the mind. In order to show what the second is, how to combine. For example, because of abandoning the obscurations of stinginess and so on, by the unbinding of the perfections, one can make those complete. That completion is also the Buddha himself, from focusing on Dharma and meaning, etc., up to what is called mindfulness. Among them, constant means doing it constantly. Combining with respect means acting as a guru. Whatever aspect is shown anywhere, that is mindfulness. In order to show what the third is, among them, what is called virtue with obscurations means worldly virtue with obscurations. Therefore, I say that having virtue without obscurations and being very complete, it is unreasonable not to become a Buddha.

It is the practice. Those meanings are shown in verses, therefore, do not be discouraged. The meaning of "do not be discouraged" is that the mind should not dwell in discouragement itself. It is like saying, "I cannot realize the unsurpassed Bodhi," that is the kind of meaning it has. The meaning of "with good intention" is that it is not an unwholesome or neutral mind. Thus, neutral refers to some distracted minds performing generosity and so on. Similarly, non-Buddhists and others do not perform generosity and so on with an unwholesome mind, but because they desire unsurpassed perfect and complete Bodhi. Or, with that intention, obtaining the supreme root of virtue, these are what are taught. Regarding "performing generosity and so on," what kind of intention is obtained, and by familiarizing oneself with the perfections such as generosity, one obtains the mind that abandons stinginess and other similar aspects, that is its meaning. "The steadfast Bodhisattvas, only speak of generosity and so on," meaning they only speak of generosity and so on. By mentioning "and so on," it includes from discipline and so on, up to the perfection of wisdom. "Obtain a perfect body as desired," meaning obtaining up to the realm of neither perception nor non-perception, it is the meaning of transformation. "Abandoning" means abandoning obscurations. "That perfection" means Buddhahood itself. It should be shown which four should be abandoned, "completely abandoning attention" refers to completely abandoning the attention of the Shravakas and so on. "Having abandoned hesitation and doubt" refers to abandoning hesitation and doubt towards the profound and vast Mahayana. Among them, hesitation refers to bad intelligence or similar wavering. Doubt refers to uncertainty. "By abandoning attachment to the Dharma" refers to not engaging in clinging to self and clinging to what belongs to self with respect to the Dharma that has been heard and contemplated. "By abandoning conceptualization" refers to whether forms and so on are present, or whether one is settled in the object of focus such as a pile of bones.

By not attending to the signs of destruction, one enters into what should be distinguished by means of non-discrimination. Otherwise, if discrimination arises, one will not enter. 'Present establishment' is a verse that clarifies the subsequent meaning of what should be abandoned. It should be shown how one enters with what. Among them, 'arising from the cause of the habit of hearing' is in accordance with the habit of hearing. The place of entry has been shown earlier, that is, it truly arises from the habit of the Great Vehicle, so it should be regarded as the summary of the perfectly established nature. Furthermore, what shows how to enter is the four kinds of seeking. What shows it is also the four words such as name, meaning, and nature, which are thoroughly understood as they are. It briefly shows name, meaning, nature, imputed difference, nature, and true difference are thoroughly understood as they are. Among them, whatever difference of nature is imputed, it is done as such. 'Name imputed difference' means that it is the meaning of not appearing. What does not appear is only observing the nature and imputed difference of that name. Why is it like that? Because the nature and difference of that name are both absent, therefore, it holds the nature of that name as merely imputed. Whoever truly observes is thoroughly seeking. Whoever does not appear is thoroughly understanding the truth as it is. 'Entering' is what is said? 'How to enter' is a question of analogy. Among them, 'only that much' is only the nature of consciousness. 'The two with cause and view' shows the consciousness with cause and view, such as the continuous abiding and appearing as cause as it is said. Thus, one consciousness arises in various ways, because it arises continuously with speed. These three are entering into the nature of consciousness only. Among them, entering into the three natures is the display of analogy, 'in the six aspects, the true meaning is clear', in the six aspects of meaning, the true meaning is clear.
