It is accomplished by the means of transformation and the means of radiating light. By radiating light intensely, two necessities are also accomplished: cutting off the suffering of beings in the lower realms, making the demon palaces of beings in the higher realms dim, and urging other sentient beings. Therefore, this classification is made. It is spoken from the perspective of the lord of all actions, such as "limitless beings for my benefit," and so on. In short, those transformations are for the purpose of generating distinctions in the activities of the vessel world, for the elements and what arises from them to acquire other characteristics, for transforming the distinctions belonging to my body, and for transforming the bodies of other sentient beings and the activities of witnesses. The magical transformation of emanation is explained by essence and differentiation. Emanation from nothingness is without reason and does not arise from everything in everything. "By the mind of emanation" means that it is because the mind that desires to emanate becomes the master. This will show that what is born from maturation is not emanation, because it is not born from the mind that desires to emanate becoming the master. So what is it like? It is due to the power of the causes of maturation and so on. "As desired" means as thought, and as delighted in. "Having made manifest" means that with the mind that desires to emanate, whatever is thought is prayed for, that is, thinking that this and this will become like that, and that will become like that, and not otherwise, this is the essence. Speaking from the aspect of differentiation, it is said that there are many kinds. Again, that emanation can be summarized into two kinds: the emanation of sentient beings' objects and the emanation of objects that are closely needed by sentient beings. The emanation of sentient beings' objects is also of two kinds: accomplishing the support of sentient beings and

The speech activity of sentient beings is manifestation. Therefore, it is said, body manifestation and so on. Body manifestation, in short, has two aspects: related to oneself and related to others. That which is related to oneself also has two aspects: similar to oneself and dissimilar to oneself. That which is related to others is also the same: similar to others and dissimilar to others. Therefore, it is said, similar to oneself or dissimilar to oneself. The word "or" is to indicate that for others also, it is similar and dissimilar. The support of the senses is manifested, but not the senses themselves. Why is that? Because the senses are counted together with sentient beings. If the senses were to manifest, it would lead to the emergence of previously non-existent sentient beings, but the emergence of previously non-existent sentient beings does not exist. This is because the sutra says that the beginning of samsara is unknowable. It would also lead to samsara having a beginning. Therefore, the support itself is what manifests. In two ways, it can be said that its support and senses are the same. To observers, it will also appear as the senses themselves. Whatever activity the support with the senses performs, it is also capable of doing, that is its meaning. The manifestation of the environment is the same, but not different, this is to show that in the category of benefiting sentient beings, there are no different characteristics. Therefore, it is said, food and drink and so on. Both should be understood as the four births. Even so, this is a description of external differences. For others, by negating the senses themselves, the four births are already established. Sound is not mentioned because the manifestation of speech has already been explained. The manifestation of sounds included by non-sentient beings also arises from the aggregation of the great elements. Similar means similar in action and characteristics. Dissimilar means not included by the ripening fruit and so on. As desired means showing that the manifestations of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are of immeasurable nature.

Is to create. The so-called "similar to me" means similar to my body. The various and many forms are similar to me, and the differences similar to this are the various differences themselves. Therefore, it is said, gods and nagas, etc. Mentioning animals, hungry ghosts, and hell beings is to show it in terms of existence, but it is not similar to oneself. Therefore, it is said, from "how it is is how it is" to "if it is not like that, it will become dissimilar to me." In this way, the emanation of the good realms is of two kinds. The emanation of the bad realms is only dissimilar. For those who are tamed by gods and others, it should be understood that they emanate an emanation similar to the appearance of gods and others. For those born in the realms of gods and others, taming them by emanating other emanations similar to them is called an emanation similar to others, that is, the form and destination are the same. Even if it is that destination, if the form is different, it should be understood as dissimilar. The bodhisattvas emanate many and emanate few, these are the words of the sutra. The question is, what are the many emanations of the body in this regard? That is, even in one instant, in hundreds of thousands of billions of worlds, at the same time showing dwelling in Tushita and other places, this is called many dharmas. In addition, in other worlds where Buddhas do not appear, they also simultaneously show dwelling in Tushita and other places. Therefore, it is said, the immeasurable and countless worlds of the ten directions, etc. Emanations are also of two kinds, permanent and non-permanent. Among them, the non-permanent is only endowed with showing for that long. In order to explain the non-permanent, it is said, some emanations, etc. Even if the emanator has passed away, as long as that emanation still has the function of benefiting sentient beings, it will continue to exist. There are also two kinds, sentient being emanations and non-sentient being emanations. This is also just showing like that, and accomplishing activities. Therefore, it is said, emanation
