For the sake of sentient beings. (Tibetan) etc. The precepts of a Bodhisattva are of three types: the precepts of discipline, the precepts of benefiting sentient beings, and the precepts of gathering virtuous dharmas. Here, it refers to speaking with regard to the precepts of taking vows. Also being restrained, (Tibetan) means having properly taken the vows of restraint. Following that, guarding is being extremely restrained. Focusing on the precepts obtained through future Dharma-nature is learning. The Bodhisattva's precepts obtained through Dharma-nature are also of two types: obtained through the difference of thinking of being born in this and that, and obtained through the difference of the basis. Among these, the difference in thought is: naturally disliking evil, being ashamed of faults and drawing near, and possessing generosity towards sentient beings. To show these, (Tibetan) means being naturally good and virtuous. The difference in basis is: it should be known that by possessing the difference in basis as shown before, one obtains a body that is unable to perform sinful actions. Speaking with regard to the perfection of patience, (Tibetan) etc. Patience is being able to endure, meaning being able to endure harm. Among these, harm is bad speech, bad speech refers to the path of words, creating an unpleasant meaning. Wrong practice means, creating physical suffering by approaching with unpleasant touch. Also learning in patience, means applying oneself diligently to obtaining the power of patience through the power of individual observation or through the power of meditation. Small anger means having little anger in the mind. In order not to harm others, (Tibetan) means merely hearing harm, and not speaking unpleasant words, is in order not to harm others. Thus, showing patience through thought and action itself, (Tibetan) means because of possessing constant respectful behavior, one should cut off doubts that arise again and again regarding those familiar fields of knowledge.

Therefore, he is wise. For those places that have not been accustomed to, they must also be fully grasped through practice, so he is skilled at approaching, meaning he has the ability. He himself is also diligent or wise in all fields of knowledge in order to fully grasp the cause of omniscience. In terms of the perfection of meditation, it is said: The mind dwells within, etc. To practice without distraction of mind towards that virtuous action and its aspects is called the mind dwelling within. To accurately determine the meaning is to have the mind extremely evenly placed. Having shown the practice of meditation of the un-evenly placed ground in this way, it is said in terms of the evenly placed ground: The mind abides, etc. In order to show that the root of accumulating one's own merit is gathered by the immeasurable ones, it is said: To completely purify the four abodes of Brahma, etc. In order to accomplish the meaning of sentient beings through the power of having clairvoyance, one should cultivate meditation, therefore it is said: Playing with the five clairvoyances, etc. When applying the power of meditation to being skilled in aggregates, etc., in order to show that there is no fatigue of body and mind, it is said: It arises from being diligent in all that should be mastered, etc. In terms of applying to the perfection of wisdom, it is said: Wise, etc. Entering all fields of knowledge in those lives, and having the wisdom obtained by the corresponding birth, is called wise. Because he has the wisdom arising from practice, he is the one who knows the ultimate truth. The one who has reached the ultimate end of meditating on that wisdom is the one who learns to know the ultimate truth. In order to show that the one who learns the ultimate truth will gradually be completely liberated from samsara by the Great Vehicle, it is said: He himself is completely liberated from samsara by the Great Vehicle, that is, the Nirvana of the Great Vehicle is non-abiding.

It is beyond nirvana, for the sake of accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings until the end of samsara. In order to fully ripen sentient beings with the three vehicles, in order to show the four truths with four aspects and with pure thought and action, thus practicing true action, that is, giving alms and praises to mothers, fathers, renunciants, brahmins, gurus, and those worthy of offerings who possess qualities, from time to time. They diligently respect with loving hearts, which is to show that one should strive. For those who are sinful and have the fault of entering into the cause of suffering, one should also eliminate their suffering for even one day and one night, such thoughts, and the loving heart or compassion itself that desires to eliminate the future suffering, are the categories of the mind. After saying that their actions are complete, do what you can, etc., in accordance with your own ability, rescue them from the state of non-virtue, place them in the state of virtue, and place them in the place of eliminating faults. Therefore, in order to show that those who have faults are truly accomplished with thought and action, for sentient beings who harm Bodhisattvas and accomplish harm and discomfort, in order to accomplish benefit and happiness, they will abide in the manifest loving heart. In order to show that benefit and happiness can also be accomplished by action, do what you can, etc. Thus, treat those who cause harm and truly accomplish it in two ways. In order to show that one should not be angry with those who have caused harm and are causing harm, as if no harm has been done, therefore it is said that the fault of their own mind and action is that they suspect that they have caused harm before, thinking that this person will cause harm, but in reality they will not cause harm, so know that this is the fault of their own mind and action, in order to accomplish benefit and happiness, how some people
