Entering the Great Vehicle means entering into the perfectly complete enlightenment. In order not to cut off the lineage of the Thus-Gone One, it is to enter the chariot entered by the Thus-Gone One. Therefore, acting for this purpose is the first. Entering with the intention of abandoning afflictions by the Hearers and others is the second. Other places are based on these two. The latter two places are spoken of in a common way. In order to show the difference made by upholding, it is said that I have spoken of the basis of Bodhisattvas and Hearers and made a prohibition. What is said in the Sutra is that here, for the Hearers and others, when teaching the Dharma, with a compassionate heart, desiring benefit, desiring to benefit, with a nature of compassion, he tells the monks: This is beneficial to you, it is happiness, this is benefit and happiness. To this, they listen well, lend an ear, fully understand, focus their minds, practice the Dharma that is in accordance with the Dharma, and act without transgressing. To this, the Thus-Gone One is not particularly happy, nor does he have displeasure, nor does he rejoice. With mindfulness present, he dwells with equanimity towards this. This is the first of the unmixed mindfulness abiding closely. Again, the second is as before, when teaching the Dharma, not listening well, and not practicing in accordance with the Dharma. Towards them, the Thus-Gone One has no anger, no impatience, and no displeasure. The rest is as before. Again, the third, some listen well and practice the Dharma that is in accordance with the Dharma, some do not practice the Dharma that is in accordance with the Dharma, but towards them, the Thus-Gone One is not particularly happy, nor does he rejoice, nor does he have displeasure. The rest is as before. This is the third. What the Thus-Gone One has long thought in his mind is that the Dharma and Discipline I have taught must

He does not create subsequent attachment to truly accomplishing that thought of 'Wouldn't it be good if it turned bad?' He has no anger towards those who harm. He does not have the characteristics of both of those towards one who has the characteristics of both. When he has the complete gathering of the assembly of attendants, he establishes the three kinds of afflictions that arise, and the three kinds of unmixed dharmas, showing them as three kinds by the distinction of attendants. That is, completely white, completely black, and the harmonizer, are said to be three kinds. Therefore, it is said, 'They are also,' and so on. As it says in the sutra itself, the Tathagata has three things that are unguarded. There is nothing to be guarded, because if someone knows, it is not permissible. What are those three? Whatever the Tathagata possesses, the Tathagata does not have impure bodily conduct. Similarly, until the conduct of the mind is completely impure. The rest is as before. In order to show the summarized meaning of these, regarding what is called abandoning the concealment of misdeeds done in all ways, the misdeeds done by the body and so on themselves should be understood as not corresponding to the first two abodes of fearlessness. That which should be concealed, the Tathagata has abandoned, because it does not exist in all of everything. In order to show that there is not even the slightest appearance of affliction, regarding even the Arhat, and so on. If he acts as he has said, after having no doubt about his own actions, he disciplines and punishes the Shravakas and so on with vehemence, through the method of rebuke. In order to show that it is unspeakable for himself, 'From the cause of association, my Shravakas,' and so on. 'Immeasurable' is so called because it is focused on the sentient beings of the world realm that belongs to the realm of the Tathagata. 'Supreme' is so called because it is the great purity itself. The actions of all the Tathagatas are constantly abiding in three ways, called the nature of dharma without forgetting. To all sentient beings, the Tathagata
