དང་བཅས་དན་རྟགས་དང་བཅས་པར་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་གྱི་ཁྱད་པར་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར། དེ་ལ་ཐ་སྙད་ཀྱི་གཞི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །གཞན་ནི་གཞན་དུ་ཡང་འཆད་དེ་བདག་གི་མིང་ནི་འདི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནས་བདག་དེ་ནས་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཞིག་ཏུ་སྐྱེས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྔོན་གྱི་གནས་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན་ལ། གནས་ཀྱི་བྱེ་བྲག་ནི་རྣམ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེའི་ཕྱིར་འཇིག་རྟེན་པ་རྣམས་འདི་སྐད་རྗོད་པར་བྱེད་དེ། ཁྱོད་གནས་གང་ནས་འོངས་ཞེས་འདྲི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གཞན་ཡང་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་ནོ། །དེའི་ལྷའི་མིག་རྣམ་པར་དག་པ་མེའི་ལས་འདས་པ་དང་ཡང་དག་པར་ལྡན་པས་སེམས་ཅན་འཆི་འཕོ་བ་རྣམས་དང༌། སྐྱེ་བ་རྣམས་དང་ཁ་དོག་བཟང་པོ་རྣམས་དང་ཁ་དོག་ངན་པ་རྣམས་དང༌། དམན་བ་རྣམས་དང༌། གྱ་ནོམ་པ་རྣམས་དང༌། བདེ་ འགྲོར་འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས་དང༌། ངན་འགྲོར་འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལས་རྣམས་ཡང་དག་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་མཁྱེན་ཏོ། །སེམས་ཅན་འདི་དག་ནི་ལུས་ཀྱིས་ཉེས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་ནས་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་ཉེས་པར་སྤྱོད་པའི་བར་དང་ལྡན་པ། འཕགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་སྐུར་པ་འདེབས་པ། ལོག་པར་ལྟ་བའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ཡང་དག་པར་བླངས་ནས་གནས་པའི་རྒྱུ་དང་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ལུས་ཞིག་ནས་ཤི་བའི་འོག་ཏུ་ངན་སོང་ངན་འགྲོ་ལོག་པར་ལྷུང་བ་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་རྣམས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡང་སེམས་ཅན་འདི་དག་ནི་ལུས་ཀྱིས་ལེགས་པར་སྤྱོད་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནས། སྔ་མ་ལས་བཟློག་པས་བདེ་འགྲོ་མཐོ་རིས་སུ་ལྷའི་ནང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་བར་ཏེ། འདི་ནི་སྟོབས་དགུ་པའོ། །དེ་ལ་ལྷའི་མིག་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར། ལྷའི་གནས་པས་བསྡུས་པའི་ཕྱིར་བསམ་གཏན་རྣམས་ཀྱང་ལྷའི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། དེ་ལ་བརྟེན་པའི་ཕྱིར་དེ་ལ་ཡང་ལྷའི་མིག་ཅེས་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཇི་ལྟར་མིག་གིས་ཤེས་པར་བྱ་བའི་གཟུགས་བཞིན་ནོ་ཞེས་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལ་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར། དེའི་འབྲས་བུ་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། འདི་དག་གིས་ནི་མིག་རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་སུ་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དད་པའི་མིག་དང༌། ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་མིག་གོ །ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པའི་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་འབྲས་བུ་ཡིན་པས་ན་ཞེས་པ་ནི་མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པའི་རང་བཞིན་ཡིན་པར་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། འདོད་པ་ན་སྤྱོད་པའི་ལྷའི་མིག་བསལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེ་དག་ཀྱང་ལྷའི་མིག་ཡང་དག་པ་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། སྐྱེ་བས་ཐོབ་པ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་ཀ་ཡང་མི་ལས་འདས་པ་ཡིན་པར་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར། མིང་འདྲ་བ་ཉིད་དང༌། མཐུ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་དེའི་རིགས་སུ་གཏོགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ། །དེ་དག་དང་འདྲ་བ

These sentient beings, because they commit evil deeds with their bodies, even with their minds, slander the noble ones, take up the path of wrong views and abide in it, with these causes and conditions, after the body is destroyed and death occurs, they fall into bad realms and evil destinies, and are born into the hells of sentient beings. Also, these sentient beings, starting from doing good deeds with their bodies, contrary to the previous ones, will be reborn into the heavens of the good realms, among the gods, up to this point, this is the ninth power. In order to show the divine eye, because meditation is also included in the abodes of the gods, it is also called divine. Because it relies on it, it is also called the divine eye, in order to show this, just like the form that can be recognized by the eye. In order to show this, and its fruit, these explain two kinds of eyes, namely the eye of faith and the eye of wisdom. Because it is the fruit of completely pure meditation, it is in order to show that it is the nature of supernormal powers, and in order to exclude the divine eye used in the desire realm. Those are not true divine eyes either, because they are obtained by birth. In order to show that both are beyond human, it is merely the same name, and the power itself belongs to the same category.
