The term "undesirable" refers to virtue and non-virtue. The term "will occur" is a synonym for "will definitely occur," meaning that it will inevitably produce results without opposition. The opposite cause, the unfavorable cause, refers to a reversal or confusion in the production of results, hence it is called "unfavorable." Because it abides in this, it is called "place," because it relies on that result, it is the "basis," and because it arises in dependence on it, it is called "support." Because it manifests from that door, it is called "that which causes to manifest." To believe that the cause of such a result is Ishvara (自在天,Lord) and so on, is called "unfavorable," because Ishvara and others do not have the power to produce these results. The opposite cause refers to entering into non-reality and so on, and should be understood accordingly. The wisdom without manifest pride is true wisdom, because it is without deception and is the antidote to ignorance. Therefore, it is said that in "omniscient" and so on, because it enters without obstruction into all objects of knowledge, it is "omniscient." Effortless entry is wisdom without attachment. Because it is without defilement, it is pure. To show that it is first in terms of counting but not in terms of the order of birth, these counts are of two types: counting in order and counting in reverse. To eliminate counting that violates the order, it is said, "the first in counting in order." To show power, because it is not taken away by three aspects, it is said, "because it is unsurpassed." Because it is able to act correctly, it is said, "because it possesses ability." To overcome the unfavorable side, it is said, "always overcome." To accomplish as it is, refers to fully grasping the cause of true accomplishment when the seed of growth becomes empowered. Therefore, it is said that being able to freely engage in true conduct is the three possessions, namely the distinctions of seed, manifestation, and empowerment.

Here, it is considered to possess the very nature of being in control. Nirvana is unsurpassed, for it is the supreme among all conditioned and unconditioned phenomena. Greatness is due to goodness and permanence, hence its definitive term is indicated by "Supreme Group." The meaning contained in the letter A is that by attaining the Noble Eightfold Path, the letter transforms, transcending all harm. Because of attaining such a supreme path and transcending all fears, it is called the Supreme Group. Because one vows to realize it oneself, it means relying on the second fearlessness to vow to become one who has exhausted the outflows. To indicate "turning the wheel of Dharma to make others understand," because one has comprehended it oneself, it is similar to the wheel of Dharma, hence it is called the wheel of Dharma. To indicate that such a wheel of Dharma has never been turned by anyone before, it is said to be of Brahma. Therefore, it is said, why is that? etc. If someone doubts, haven't the Shravakas and others also turned it? To dispel this doubt, it is said, it was first turned by him. To indicate the meaning of the wheel of Dharma, it is said, "because of that reason," which is a synonym for "turned." Regarding "belonging to the supreme," etc., because it is the most supreme of all beings and accurately shows the correct Dharma. To fully proclaim oneself, like saying "I am the lord" etc. in the retinue. To silence those heretics who come to argue, because he shows them the path, everything will be refuted. To make them timid when the opponent's words appear, because he is able to overwhelm the opponent's adversary, and to indicate proclaiming vast words, it is said to roar the lion's roar. Like this, roaring like a lion, it is said to be the lion's roar, so what does roaring the lion's roar do? Oneself

Declaring to be a lion, causing bad deer to be frightened, suppressing the opponent with four limbs, and not being suppressed by other deer. Similarly, the Tathagata also roars like a lion because he performs four kinds of activities. The so-called vast speech refers to showing excellence because it is profound. The unsurpassed refers to teaching the Dharma wheel that no one has ever taught. Showing the meaning of each word one by one is to show the meaning of brevity. In short, it is "if briefly speaking" and so on. Declaring to take a vow in the excellent group means that the accomplishment of self-benefit is fully stated. The so-called turning the Brahma wheel refers to showing the accomplishment of benefiting others. The so-called roaring like a lion in the retinue is common. The so-called after understanding by oneself refers to showing the vow and commitment. What is to be obtained by the correctly summarized meaning is the position of the excellent and great group. The way to obtain it is called turning the Brahma wheel. Benefiting all beings is obtained from gods, humans, and non-humans, etc. It is also shown that benefiting all beings will also be obtained from me. This is also showing the meaning of induction by way of metaphor, because it is free from all afflictive diseases, so it is the position of extreme freedom from disease. The position of the excellent and great group should be regarded as similar to the complete pacification of disease. Turning the Brahma wheel should be regarded as similar to relying on medicine as a method to completely pacify disease. Correctly roaring like a lion in the retinue is similar to abandoning the vows of all bad doctors and vowing to become the king of medicine in the three realms. Regarding relying on the second power, what actions have been done and accumulated, etc. The sutra is: Furthermore, venerable one, the Tathagata knows the place, things, causes, and ripening of the past, future, and present dharmic actions that have arisen. The rest is as before. Arising and cessation.
