Furthermore, in order to fully mature sentient beings, to enable sentient beings to have protectors, and to perfect the accumulation of merit, one should make offerings to the Tathagata. Fully understanding one's own mistakes is to individually examine the Dharma of the place of downfall. All things pertaining to action and practice should be preceded by the mind of enlightenment, and for the sake of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, all actions should be completely dedicated. This is the subsequent matter to be examined, and it should be understood by following the Sutra of Completely Pure Conduct. The ten Bodhisattva grounds should be regarded as primary, and it should also be taught to others in the same way. Therefore, it is said: In what is called "holding and supremely binding," in the lineage of the Buddhas, it is the chief of all lineages, because it is the nature of the cause of all qualities, and because it becomes the cause of accomplishing all the benefit of others. The chief of all aspirations is the initial generation of the mind of enlightenment, because from its cause arise all other roots of virtue. Diligence and wisdom are primary, because they encompass combining with all virtuous Dharmas and initiating all virtuous deeds. Eloquence is primary, because it encompasses the teaching of faultless Dharma. The Tathagata is the supreme among all sentient beings, because he has abandoned all faults and qualities and has attained the ultimate. Among those skilled in means, those skilled in pure means are primary. Considering what should be designated, for what reason it should be designated, how it should be designated, and through what means it should be designated, thereby establishing four kinds of designation. The twelve parts of the scriptures, such as the Sutra Pitaka, which belong to the Holy Dharma, are arranged in order, and correctly arranged in order. These designations have not been designated or explained in any other way, therefore, only the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas can establish them. Therefore, such words spoken are called the teachings of the Tathagata, or the words of the Buddha. This Dharma is also spoken for the purpose of realizing the truth.

After that, it is distinctly established. The meaning of truth is the meaning of non-reversal, and the meaning of non-reversal in such and such a form is the word called "truth." The distinction of truth for the Shravakas is established between four types: in some places it is one, in some places it is two, in some places it is three, and in some places it is shown as four. For Bodhisattvas, it is a distinction between one and up to ten types. According to the different doctrines of the proclaimers, truth is only one, and it is shown as not being two. It is difficult for things that contradict each other to be truth, because contradiction is not truth. The two aspects are in terms of the limits of the mundane and the supramundane, the sphere of the sky. In terms of the unerring mundane knowledge, it is the conventional truth. The expression that enters in order to realize it is called conventional, like using leather to cross to the other shore is called leather crossing. The wisdom of the noble is supramundane, its meaning is the ultimate truth, and it is called the sphere of ultimate truth wisdom. The first is in terms of what is known in the world and what is known by reason. The second is the suchness of the sphere of complete purification of the afflictions and the obscurations of knowledge. The truth of characteristics is in terms of the individual and common characteristics of all phenomena, and it does not arise without it. The truth of speech is honest speech, which is without deception. The truth of action is to do as one says, that is, to do actions that are in accordance with one's own words. Furthermore, in terms of the nature of karma, in the sacrifices of Brahmins and others, it is said that if one kills this or that sentient being, and on the opposite side of its remedy, it is said that one should not harm sentient beings. Others say that one will attain the eternal world. Such things are false, and conversely, the words that show that all conditioned phenomena are impermanent are true. Furthermore, they say that the result of that will become mine, and I for the result
