In order to abandon the perception of permanence by those who practice and the long-lived gods. Saying "it is suffering" is to cause the abandonment of the perception of gods and humans who have a perception of happiness. Saying "no self" is to cause the abandonment of those who claim to have a self. Saying "peaceful" is to abandon all the conceptualizations of those who have manifest pride, saying that nirvana is not peaceful. Moreover, based on the perspective of teaching the uncommon profound Dharma, four types of Dharma sutras are taught. Furthermore, based on the perspective of the words spoken by the Tathagata in one part, in order to teach the Dharma sutras that express the Dharma, he teaches the meaning of the Dharma that is perfectly endowed with impermanence and so on, and the majority of the Dharma of meaning that corresponds to those meanings, which means that the Dharma sutra is taught to express those meanings. Repeatedly speaking is called sutra. Now, in order to show that it is specifically stated by a definite action, it is constantly stated, and because it is stated, it is also called sutra. The phrase "becoming great wealth" indicates that the sound of wealth indicates the arising of a great gathering. For example, like great wealth arising from something small. The phrase "going above the peak of existence" indicates the meaning of the path of going upwards. It is like getting up from a bed. The teaching of impermanence itself is twofold: common to the Shravakas and uncommon. This is spoken from a common point of view, such as "how to see correctly." Among them, because they have birth and death, conditioned things are said to be impermanent. As it is said in the Shravaka Vehicle: Alas! All conditioned things are impermanent, they are of the nature of arising and ceasing. Because having arisen, they are destroyed. Thus it is taught. The phrase "time is not always existent or non-existent" means that the meaning of non-existence here should be understood as the meaning of impermanence. In this way, because one cannot constantly observe it in all times with its own nature, it is impermanent. In this way, the meaning of non-existence is the meaning of impermanence.

No. Furthermore, even if it is the inexpressible essence, it is said that it is shown to be impermanent through the combination of arising and ceasing, relying on the principles of the Dharma of the Great Vehicle. Also, regarding "the inexpressible thing itself," etc., "because of not fully understanding" refers to the term that the noble wisdom's vision has not fully realized. "Arising from the cause of not fully understanding" means that because of not fully understanding, it will come to act relying on the conceptualization of the form of things. Due to the condition of conceptualization, it will arise and cease. In this way, through the summary of arising and ceasing arising from the cause of not fully understanding, by understanding with wisdom, even if it is inexpressible through that method, one can correctly perceive that all conditioned things are impermanent. Thus, through the two aspects of untrue form and arising and ceasing, the aspect of impermanence is fully clarified. This is said to show the permanence that is completely cut off by the form of non-existence of the conditioned things of the three times. Regarding "Therefore, the past conditioned things," etc., there are two parts and each part. The past is not an object of cause because it has already arisen, because what has already arisen does not arise again. Because there is no arising, it is said that "there is no cause," which is the establishment of cause for what has arising. The essence cannot be observed in what has lost its own nature. Thus, because there are no two parts, the past does not exist. Therefore, it is impermanent. The present also is not an object of cause because it has already arisen, because the cause ceases after producing the result. Therefore, it is said, "Because the result has already been produced." Because it abides in its own characteristic, the essence is observable. Therefore, it is impermanent by one part. For the future, there is a cause because the result has not been produced. The cause is clearly observable. The essence is not observable because the essence has not been obtained. Therefore, it is impermanent by one part. "Continuously ceasing" means abiding in each of their own characteristics. There, it is read as "continuously not ceasing."
