They do not pay attention to even the slightest faults, and they only look to the benefit of future lives and the many faultless pleasures. Thus, for some, they teach the Dharma in order to destroy virtue; for some, in order to destroy enjoyment; for some, in order to destroy happiness; for some, they combine happiness and mental ease; for some, they combine suffering and mental unease; for some, they subdue by accurately showing fierce yakshas such as Vajrapani, creating the fear of death. Therefore, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, whose minds are completely pure, do not have any recklessness in order to benefit and bring happiness to sentient beings. Bodhisattvas are also the same. For a mind that is not afflicted, there is absolutely no establishment of the path of unwholesome actions. Thus, it is said in the Vinaya that an Arhat can retrieve property taken by thieves, and there is no fault of taking what is not given, because the intention is not afflicted. Even if an Arhat puts a sesame seed into his body, he does not have an afflicted mind, because there is no experience or sensation, just as there is no complete engagement in sexual intercourse. Similarly, Bodhisattvas who have minds that are not afflicted, who have attained mastery and whose minds are completely pure, are engaged in methods to fully ripen sentient beings, so it should be understood that their actions are not connected with the path of unwholesome actions. The conduct of Bodhisattvas who are supreme in skillful means and who have attained the perfection of wisdom is inconceivable. For them, the minds of those with small roots of virtue, dull wisdom, strong attachment to their own side, and who grasp the meaning according to the words, will not enter. For them, it is the direct perception of the Buddha himself. Only they themselves know the actions they perform, including those with faults. Therefore, others should completely abandon the means of accumulating much non-virtue. The phrase "knowing whether it is a virtuous mind or an unspecified mind" means doing it after realizing one's own intention, with caution.

The reason for saying this is that there is no other way, it is for the sake of making offerings to the poor. The so-called "only with a heart of loving-kindness for the future" means that if one only generates the thought of benefiting them in the future, even if one does such a thing, there is no fault. This is to show that the Bodhisattva of true meaning is diligent in action. Regarding natural transgressions, it should be understood that only lay Bodhisattvas engage in them, because it is seen in the sutras that it is only their behavior. In the case of taking what is not given, the reason for mentioning seizing the kingdom is to show that there is the intention of giving a lot of wealth to many sentient beings. The so-called "definitely engaging in harming others" refers to harming life and so on. If enjoying that wealth is associated with long-term harm, then taking that wealth back and offering it as it is, there is no fault. The so-called "tormented by impure conduct" means that if they do not unite, they will die, and the Bodhisattva will also be reborn in hell because of holding a grudge. If one recognizes this and does it, there is no fault. The so-called "clean head" means abandoning the sins of lust and so on. If one is controlled by a woman in this way, then whether one likes it or not, one can combine it with the roots of virtue, and one can also lead to abandoning non-virtue. If one sees many such actions that benefit sentient beings, then without regard for oneself, only focusing on the benefit of sentient beings and doing it, there is no fault. For those who are controlled by bad friends, when it is necessary to make them mature, if there is no other way, there is no fault in introducing them to the Dharma by alienating friends. Using harsh and severe words and actions to awaken them from the state of non-virtue, and scolding them in order to place them in the state of virtue, there is no fault even if harsh words are spoken. It is also shown that there is no fault in subduing sentient beings who can be subdued with idle talk through that method. Hearers will also be at fault for engaging in wrong livelihood, while Bodhisattvas, if they have just generated the mind of wrong livelihood, if they do not fully recognize that it is a fault, then they are not
