དང་འདྲ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་སྐུར་པ་འདེབས་པ་བསྲུང་བ་དང༌། དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་ནང་ཁྲིམས་སྲུང་ན་ཉེས་པ་མེད་དོ། །སོ་སོར་ཐར་པའི་སྡོམ་པ་ལ་ཉན་ཐོས་རྣམས་དང་ཐུན་མོང་པ་དང་ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པའི་བསླབ་པ་རྣམ་པར་གཞག་པ་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར། སོ་སོར་ཐར་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྨོས་ཏེ། སོ་སོར་ཐར་པ་ནི་མ་མོའི་མདོ་ཡིན་ནོ། །འདུལ་བ་ནི་དེའི་རྣམ་པར་དབྱེ་བའོ། །བཅས་པའི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་དང་བཅས་པ་ནི་བཅས་པའི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་བཅས་པ་སྟེ། རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་མི་དགེ་བ་མ་ཡིན་ལ་མི་བྱ་བར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཅས་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་སྟེ། དེ་བྱས་ན་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་འཕེལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དཔེར་ན་ཆང་འཐུང་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལྟ་བུའོ། །ཆང་འཐུང་བ་ཇི་ལྟར་བཅས་པའི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་ཡིན་པར་མངོན། འོ་ན་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཡང་ཇི་ལྟར་མངོན་སྨྲས་པ། སྲོག་གཅོད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་ཉེས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་ཞེས་གསུངས་པའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། ངན་སོང་གི་འགྲོ་བའི་རྒྱུ་ཉིད་དུ་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། བག་མེད་པའི་གནས་ཀྱི་གཞི་ཡིན་པར་གསུངས་པའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། གཅིག་ཏུ་ངེས་པར་མ་གནང་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ཇི་ཙམ་གྱིས་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་དང་བཅས་པ་དང༌། བཅས་པའི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་དང་བཅས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་འདི་སྤྱད་ན་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཅན་གྱི་སེམས་ཁོ་ནས་བྱས་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་དང་བཅས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཅན་མ་ཡིན་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་སྤྱད་པར་ནུས་ལ། ཉེས་པ་གཞན་བསྲུང་བའི་ཕྱིར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཅས་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ནི་བཅས་པའི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་དང་བཅས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །འདི་ཡང་ད་ཕྱད་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཅི་མི་འདོད་བཞིན་དུ་ཡང་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཅན་མ་ཡིན་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་སྨན་པའི་མན་ངག་ལས་སོ་སོར་བརྟགས་ཏེ་ཆང་འཐུང་བར་གྱུར་པ་ཡོད་དམ་འོན་ཏེ་མེད། འདི་ལས་ཅིར་འགྱུར། གལ་ཏེ་ཡོད་ན་ནི་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཅན་མ་ཡིན་པའི་སེམས་ཇི་ལྟར་ཉེས་པར་སྤྱོད་པར་རུང༌། འོན་ཏེ་མེད་ན་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་འཐུང་བ་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་མེད་པའི་སེམས་སུ་ཇི་ལྟར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། གང་གི་ཕྱིར་དེས་ཆང་ནི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་དང་བཅས་པ་ཡིན་པར་ཤེས་བཞིན་དུ་ངོ་ཚ་མི་ཤེས་པས་འཐུང་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཆང་ ལ་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པར་འཛིན་པ་དེ་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་མེད་པར་ཇི་ལྟར་འགྱུར། རན་པར་འཐུང་བས་ར་རོ་བར་མི་ནུས་པ་དེ་ལྟར་ཡང་ཤེས་བཞིན་དུ་འཐུང་བ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་དང་བཅས་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དཔེར་ན་དུག་ཚོད་ཟིན་པར་སྦྱར་ཏེ་ཟོས་

并且守护不诬蔑说和……一样，守护僧团的内部戒律就没有罪过。为了教示在别解脱戒的戒律中，声闻众共同和不共同的学处之差别，所以说了别解脱等等。别解脱是母经，律是它的分别。制罪与制罪一起，是制罪的制罪，不是自性不善，而是因为世尊所制止的缘故成为罪，做了它罪会增长，例如喝酒等等。喝酒如何是制罪呢？如果不是，又如何显现呢？回答说：因为说如杀生等等一样是恶行，并且教示是堕恶趣之因，并且说是放逸处之根本，并且没有完全开许的缘故。多少会成为自性罪与制罪呢？如果行持了，以烦恼心所做的，就是自性罪。也能以非烦恼心行持，为了守护其他罪过，世尊所制定的，就是制罪。这个也需要辨别，如果即使是不愿意，也以非烦恼心从医方明中分别观察而喝酒，有还是没有呢？这会怎么样呢？如果是有，那么非烦恼心怎么能成为恶行呢？如果说没有，那么同样喝酒怎么会成为没有烦恼的心呢？因为他明明知道酒是罪，却不知羞耻地喝的缘故。对于有罪的酒执着为无罪，那怎么会变成没有罪呢？适量饮用不能醉酒，像那样明明知道还喝，为什么会成为有罪呢？例如调配适量的毒药来吃。

And guarding against falsely accusing that it is the same as..., there is no fault in guarding the internal discipline of the Sangha. In order to teach the distinctions of the precepts that are common and uncommon to the Hearers in the vows of individual liberation, it is said that individual liberation, etc. Individual liberation is the Mother Sutra, and the Vinaya is its differentiation. An offense with an offense is an offense with an offense, it is not evil by nature, but it is an offense because it is prohibited by the Blessed One, and if it is done, the offense will increase, such as drinking alcohol, etc. How is drinking alcohol a prohibited offense? If it is not, how does it appear? It is said that it is said to be misconduct like killing, etc., and it is taught as the cause of going to bad destinies, and it is said to be the basis of the place of carelessness, and it is not completely allowed. How much will become a natural offense and a prohibited offense? If it is practiced, whatever is done only with an afflicted mind is a natural offense. It can also be practiced with a non-afflicted mind, and whatever is prescribed by the Blessed One in order to protect other offenses is a prohibited offense. This also needs to be distinguished, if even unwillingly, one drinks alcohol after separately examining it from the medical science with a non-afflicted mind, is there or is there not? What will happen from this? If there is, then how can a non-afflicted mind become misconduct? If it is said that there is not, then how can drinking become a non-afflicted mind? Because he knows that alcohol is an offense, but he drinks it without shame. How can it become without offense to cling to the sinful alcohol as sinless? Why does it become sinful to drink knowingly like that, even if drinking moderately cannot make one drunk? For example, mixing a measured amount of poison and eating it.
