What is meant by "like whose wealth" is: it is like the owner of wealth who temporarily enjoys it, is filled by me through enjoyment, and then takes it back. It is to show that begging without hesitation is also like this. In order to strongly prevent untimely giving, that is, giving that is not appropriate. In the sentences such as "giving at the right time is giving," again, what is meant by time is abiding in discipline and obtaining leisure, that is, giving at a time suitable for enjoying food. What is meant by giving in accordance with the Dharma is that there is no harm to both the giver and the receiver, there is no meaninglessness, and there is no bad reputation. What is meant by "giving with proper intention" is the behavior praised by all the world, that is, giving in a place without roots. In order to avoid wrong giving, it is said, "giving without a distracted mind," and so on. In order to prevent giving with contempt, it is said, "do not despise the beggar," and so on. What is meant by "not despising" is not speaking of others' faults. What is meant by "speaking harshly" is speaking evil or rough words. What is meant by "not looking with angry eyes" is not being upset. In order to prevent giving arrogantly, it is said, "do not give arrogantly." In order to explain that one should give according to the wishes of others, it is said, "for those with qualities" and "for the place of giving, one should give according to their wishes." In order to explain the prevention of secret giving, it is said, "the things taken by each," and so on. In order to prevent giving without thinking, it is said, "do not give with wrong wisdom." Even if one possesses or does not possess the things to be given, one should be happy, that is, not separated from the things needed nearby. What is meant by "not being stingy" is obtaining other leisure. What is meant by "not being poor" is having a party and attachment. What is meant by "having a protector" is having other helpers. What is meant by "having a support" is that in any situation, one has the ability to accomplish it by means of convenient methods. The opposite of this is "suffering," and so on. What is meant by "making them satisfied" is eliminating the suffering of hunger and thirst. What is meant by "completely fulfilling as desired" is

The so-called "knowing" is to make the thoughts completely perfect. The so-called "accomplishing as it is, just like the manifested accumulation," means to do as it is thought. In order to show the method of abandoning those other things that turn away and are far from friendship, it is said, "Say this to that beggar," and so on. In order to completely abandon false words, it is said, "Rely on that previous distinction." The so-called "having or not having" is in terms of material giving. Similarly, Dharma giving is also the same. Being skilled in truly knowing various givings, namely, the intention of giving, the obstacles of giving, and the wisdom of the antidote, the increasing intention, and the giving of special faith, know that this is established on the aspect of wisdom giving. In order for the stingy ones who have not entered into giving to give the giving of wisdom in terms of being skilled in generating the seeds of giving, it is said, "Having, if possessing, the house of the stingy," and so on. Holding and not abandoning wealth is called stingy. Repeatedly being stingy is called extremely stingy. Therefore, it is said, "Holding wealth everywhere." Being very attached to wealth is called miserly. The Dharma to be given is the meaning of the word giving. This shows that in all of everything, there is no entering into giving. The so-called "Bodhisattva having gone" means having gone again and again. Going ahead by properly making them happy, making them feel at ease, making them happy, and knowing that they will not go against what is said, so "come back" means "come to me." The so-called "without placing wealth" means without placing one's own wealth, meaning that there is no need to place from one's own wealth. Extremely numerous is called vast. In terms of near enjoyment, it is called enjoyment. In terms of what should be given, it is said to be the Dharma to be given. To completely perfect the giving paramita.
