Because of entering, it is taken for a long time. Because others cannot do it, it is extremely difficult. Fear is dread. Shyness is shame. Hesitation is because one thinks that although one cannot do it, it may exist. Because only joy arises, it is also said that "those also became human beings" and so on. Observing one's own faults and confusion with others, and not causing suffering to others, this is showing certainty. Not being disturbed by others causing harm, and not causing harm in return after others have caused harm, and because there is no complete harm, therefore patience is shown. Hitting back is physical, and it is combined with "if there is no hatred in the mind for harmful actions" and so on. In order to separately settle past faults, it is therefore endowed with the past extreme. Because of such effort towards future faults in the future time, it is therefore endowed with the later extreme. Because one does not forget the faults that occur in the present, it is therefore endowed with the middle extreme. Because one engages in faultless actions of body and speech after separate observation, it is therefore something to be done in advance. When observing separately like that, because one enters into observing as it is, it is therefore following. From the perspective of the perfection of the ritual, it is said that "do not boast of virtue" and so on. Because one can endure the observation of suffering such as cold, one does not care about suffering. Because there is no displeasure in the mind due to not obtaining, it is therefore the nature of being completely without affliction. Because the senses are subdued and peaceful, there is no excitement, and it is not frivolous. From the perspective of the perfection of livelihood, it is said that "affectation" and so on. In order to manifest the six perfections, because of abandoning the unfavorable side, the discipline of gathering good qualities is established in order not to accept the unfavorable side. The antidotes to the unfavorable aspects of the five perfections are only determined to be five types. There are five aspects of the perfection of wisdom, and thus, the ten aspects that become their antidotes, the immeasurable merits of the bodhisattva who dwells on that ground will be quickly accumulated. If one is particularly attached to the body and possessions, then the body and possessions

it will become a view. If there is a view, it will not be completely abandoned. Therefore, that is the opposite of the perfection of generosity. If it is not accepted, the perfection of generosity will be manifestly accomplished, which is a concluding statement. Not taking the basis of immoral discipline is the perfection of discipline. Not generating a mind of universal torment towards sentient beings is the perfection of patience. Not indulging in laziness by being controlled by the pleasure of sleep, etc., is the perfection of diligence. Not generating afflictions through meditation is the perfection of meditation. The opposite of the perfection of wisdom is the five kinds of perverse wisdom: not knowing the benefits of the fruits of merit, not knowing the cause of virtue, acting perversely towards the fruit, not knowing the antidote to perversity, and not knowing the obstruction to virtuous Dharma. By fully knowing the five states that are the antidotes to these as they are, it is taught to accumulate virtue through the means of manifestly accomplishing the perfection of wisdom. The eleven kinds of discipline for benefiting sentient beings are established by assuming that there are eleven kinds of sentient beings. In short, all sentient beings can be established by eleven kinds of universal taming, and by following that to benefit sentient beings, each method should be understood as immeasurable. What are these eleven kinds of sentient beings? They are those who help in specific actions and desire to do so, those who suffer and are dull in reasoning and desire to do so, those who want to take help in order to help each other, those who are afraid and seek refuge, those who are impoverished, those who are tormented by sorrow, those who lack resources and desire them, those who want to rely on Khenpos, Acharyas, and Lamas, those who are in a state of being embraced, those who are tamed by harmonizing with their minds, and those who gather those who have entered the right and wrong paths.
