Therefore, it is said to be transformation because it transforms by causing transformation and acts by causing transformation. There are four types of transformation. Transformation is the transformation of all these worlds, which are the nature of the four great elements (earth, water, fire, and wind) and the things made from the four great elements. These are the two types of sentient and non-sentient beings, as well as the four great elements of self and other, and what is made from the four great elements. Furthermore, it abides in three ways: what is called non-sentient is the aggregation of the four great elements and what is made from the four great elements; what is called sentient is the aggregation that abides; and the nature of the four great elements and what is made from the four great elements abides separately. These are they. Among them, the transformation of the wind element, which is said to be the aggregation of the four great elements and what is made from the four great elements that abides in sentient beings, is what causes movement. The fire element, by obtaining the increase of what belongs to its own continuum, is able to burn and cause rain, and it also shows the increasing object of splendor, which is the nature of the aggregates that closely take from its own continuum. Furthermore, the fire element abiding in the eye illuminates, and it generates the antidote to darkness and obscuration, which is true light. The great elements also interact with each other, and the forms, smells, tastes, and tactile objects made from the four great elements should also be understood. The non-verbal sound made from the four great elements is for the sake of declaring the realm of the divine ear, and although it has already abided in separate natures, sound cannot be transformed into anything else, and because of movement. Going and coming is also because the wind element abiding in oneself generates a special power, and by transforming the obstacles in between, such as walls, mountains, rocks, and fences, into the nature of space by means of space and so on. In three ways, the body goes without obstruction: either by the coarse body born from the four great elements, or by faith, that is, by believing that a distant place is near, by the power of mind and thought, that is, going as quickly as the mind. The aggregation of the four great elements and what is made from the four great elements, which gathers and increases, is the mutual gathering of all aggregates of form, and what is said to be sentient and non-sentient.

It is to make all aggregates and things arising from aggregates enter into one's own body. Now, apart from speaking of sentient beings, there is something else to be done, which is to practice benefiting sentient beings or oneself, eliminating suffering, and accomplishing happiness. In terms of doing beneficial things, it starts from going to a place of equal share and extends to giving happiness. What action, from being invisible, becomes visible and goes to a place of equal share? It is for the sake of teaching the Dharma to the sentient beings to be tamed, and for the sake of thoroughly taming them. By teaching the Dharma, one can also subdue those who dwell in evil conduct. When teaching the Dharma to others, one subdues the magical powers of others who have magical powers that create obstacles. For the sake of listening to the Dharma, one bestows the ability of mind and body, bestows eloquence and mindfulness, bestows happiness, and emits light. It is also for the sake of benefiting and eliminating suffering, which is called transforming, that is, transforming the names and forms of sentient beings. Relying on the senses means having the nature of aggregates and things arising from aggregates. Among them, what is the main body transformation? The definitive word is what was previously taught. What is the magical power of transformation? In short, it is transforming all things from nothingness. By the mind of transformation, it is manifestly assembled and accomplished as desired. Therefore, the expression "as desired" is accomplished here. The condensed meaning of the transformation of speech is: what is the nature, what is the basis, and for what purpose? Among them, what is the nature? It means having a beautiful tone and a clear voice. What is the basis? It is in relation to oneself and others. For what purpose? It belongs to teaching the Dharma and belongs to encouraging from carelessness. The two kinds of nature shown are: profound and the sound of a dragon, and the pleasant sound of a kalaviṅka bird, and pleasing and delighting the heart, etc. These words are the condensed meaning of these sentences. How is it profound? It is said: like the sound of a dragon.
