It is the meaning of generating afflictions. Why is that? It is said, because it is unhelpful. Because it is unhelpful, it is the cause of future suffering. Therefore, it itself is unhelpful, so everything is afflicted or becomes completely afflicted. That which is gathered by the senses, objects, and touch is the cause of happiness. Or, that which is gathered by the senses, objects, and touch, the cause of happiness and the feeling of happiness, also becomes completely afflicted, and that which is completely afflicted is faulty and unsuitable, because it is unhelpful. The white side should be understood as the opposite of the teachings. The term "as much as possible" means that for the sake of accomplishment, a Bodhisattva should act in accordance with their ability. The term "as much as one can" means that for those sentient beings who are to be closely accomplished, one should act in accordance with their strength. Likewise, one should practice correctly, one should learn, one should experience. That which is gathered by pleasant feelings, senses, objects, and touch, which is completely afflicted or afflicted, faulty, unhelpful, and unsuitable, should not be learned. That which is not afflicted, without fault, helpful, and suitable, the pleasant feeling, should be experienced. The term "long life" means that from the time when the karma is truly coagulated in the semen and blood, and especially from the excellent time, one will live for this long. That is also called "life" or "vitality." That which has that long life is called "long life," and its essence is long life itself. How does one abide for a long time? The life that is extended by karma is also of two kinds: with interruption and without interruption. That which is with interruption is that the life extended by karma is likely to die prematurely due to circumstances, and that death is called untimely death. That which is without interruption is that the life extended by karma does not die in the middle, and the life extended by karma abides as it was extended, and that is abiding for a long time. The term "beautiful form" means that here the word "beautiful" means offering.
