Among those, as mentioned before, it refers to the exhaustion of life, etc. "Universally boundless" refers to churning. Being able to withstand the turbulence of the upper waters is because water can destroy iron, etc., but not gold. Being able to withstand the turbulence of the lower waters refers to the water of minerals such as gold that encircles the wind mandala in a square shape. The names of those mountains should be observed based on the differences in the shapes of their peaks, i.e., the peak can hold the yoke of the sun's chariot, the center of the peak is bent, the peak resembles a horse's ear, the peak looks beautiful, the peak resembles a sandalwood tree, the peak has the width of a chariot wheel, and the peak has a human-like shape. Because of the similarity in shape, they are named Yoke-holder, etc., in order. The part of Mount Meru submerged in water, from the visible point to the depth of 80,000 yojanas, is the edge of Mount Meru. Below that refers to snow. The ephemeral sentient beings, the hell beings, refer to the fact that most of them are exhausted from there, but there are others as well. Having eight qualities, namely: coolness, lightness, softness, deliciousness, clarity, no odor, and when drinking, there is no discomfort in the abdomen and neck. This is the content of the verse. Near that Mount Meru, it refers to the manifested part, which is only one direction surrounding it. Taking the roots and stems of lotuses from that pond refers to extracting. "Good" refers to being extremely beautiful. "Pleasing" refers to being pleasing to the eye. "Beautiful" refers to generating faith. The four streams of water that separate from there refer to flowing from its four faces. On top of that Mount Meru, "above" refers to the top. The four directions of Mount Meru refer to directions, for example, saying "this is just a direction," like saying that. One is the Island of Rakshasas.

The action refers to performing it on the continent of Rakshasa. The phrase "just like before" refers to quoting. It's similar to "exhausted" and so on. The word "only" is used because it is said "just like before," so it's merely stating the fame. The phrase "from the ranks of the gods of clear light" refers to the first dhyana and so on, because they are newborns. The phrase "will be born here" refers to Jambudvipa. The phrase "not in other places" is because there is no long life and so on. The phrase "with a beautiful form" is because the form is extremely beautiful, for example, Devadatta is one who possesses form. The phrase "is born from mind" is because it is indeed born only from mind. The phrase "like this, everything is just as it appears in the sutra itself" refers to things like being complete, not having inferior faculties, being beautiful, and so on. The phrase "one should elaborate in detail just as it appears in the sutra" refers to the essence of the earth, which is abundant in color and other qualities, where water has spread uniformly over the settled place and has been churned into foam by the wind. The color is like this, for example, like clarified butter. The taste is like this, for example, like unboiled honey. Then, at another time, a sentient being with a greedy nature tasted it with the tip of their finger, ate it, and did the same in other places. Then, their bodies became hard and rough, and the color also disappeared. That essence of the earth also disappeared. Similarly, the oil of the earth and so on also appeared and then disappeared, and these should also be stated. After that, "they look at each other eye to eye" means that they clearly recognize each other and cling to signs. After that, "the two engage in sexual intercourse by joining their two places" means that the two sexual organs of male and female join and unite as one. Furthermore, just as it appears in the sutra, the causes of Brahmins, royal lineages, and commoner lineages arise in the world, which means that after the destruction of the dwelling, some sentient beings completely grasp, and that is disease. Complete grasping is a tumor. The pain of complete grasping.
