It also correctly shows, and there are also those that do not cut off the intention. For example, for ordinary merits and faults, it is correctly shown, but it cannot be recovered from the faults. Correctly showing and cutting off the intention is, for example, for those who are in fault, correctly showing and then cutting off the intention. For guiding correct understanding and correct praise, it is because one did not correctly accept the training in the beginning, and when one is frustrated with the merits of the victor, one begins to create merits. There are five benefits to being very happy: when one is very happy, one's own realization will definitely be determined; others will rejoice in understanding its merits; those who harbor malice will have faith in it; those who do not believe will be in an ordinary state; and those who believe will become foreign fields. The person who makes it very happy will do the cause of being reborn in a satisfactory heavenly realm, etc. That is to say, no matter where one is reborn, one will only obtain what is satisfactory, not what is unsatisfactory. For the behavior of desire, there are also those that lead to rebirth in a good realm, such as doing good in this life for the desire of the next life. There are also those that lead to rebirth in a bad realm, such as pursuing desire in an illegal way. The behavior of renunciation, if lost, will lead to rebirth in a bad realm, and if perfected, will lead to rebirth in a good realm and the cause of nirvana. Good behavior will also lead to rebirth in a good realm and the cause of nirvana. Unwholesome behavior will lead to rebirth in a bad realm. Violent behavior will also lead to rebirth in a bad realm, because relying on wrong views will make oneself completely miserable. Non-violent behavior will lead to the cause of nirvana. Behavior that is in accordance with the division of loss and behavior that is in accordance with the division of merit will each lead to loss and merit. Completely afflicted behavior will lead to samsara. Completely purified behavior will lead to

Will transcend sorrow. By the action of my own benefit, I myself will go to happiness, go to excellence, and go to transcendence of sorrow. By the action of the benefit of others, myself and others will go to happiness, go to excellence, and go to transcendence of sorrow. These will become three things. The thing of the main thing is that from the happy place and so on to the ultimate end of transcending sorrow, there are six forms. The thing of the method of obtaining it is the twelve actions. The thing that others subsequently cherish is that when others subsequently cherish, in terms of the thing of the main thing, from appropriately preventing desires for those twelve actions respectively, to complete extreme joy. In terms of time, in short, there are three things to talk about, namely the things of past talk and the things of future talk, and the things of present talk, just as it is said in the sutra. In terms of person, it should be known that there are twenty-seven kinds of people, such as dull faculties. In this way, in terms of the things, times, and persons as indicated, the talks of the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, will appear, therefore it is called dependence. In terms of the meaning of benefit, in short, it is the praise of the meaning of praising the Dharma or the person. In terms of the meaning of fault, it is like this, it is the degradation of the meaning of not praising the Dharma or the person. In terms of the meaning of the inconsistent aspect, in short, it is all completely afflicted behavior. In terms of the meaning of the antidote, it is all pure behavior, just like this, for example, desire is an inconsistent aspect, its antidote is impurity, hatred is an inconsistent aspect, its antidote is loving-kindness, and so on. In terms of the meaning of summary, it is like this, it comes from indicating the Dharma related to the category. In terms of the meaning of expansion, it is like this, it comes from indicating the Dharma related to each aspect. Furthermore, it comes from indicating the sutra of direct meaning and indicating the sutra of definite meaning.

Furthermore, the meaning of brevity is twofold: brevity of name and brevity of meaning. Just as the meaning of brevity is, so too the meaning of extensiveness is twofold: extensiveness of name and extensiveness of meaning. In the sutras, the Blessed One said, "Shariputra, there are those who teach the Dharma in a brief way, and there are those who teach in an extensive way, but those who understand are very rare." Like that. In this regard, the Blessed One fully revealed that for the sutra section, the words are extensive but the meaning is brief; for the verse section, the meaning is extensive but the words are brief. The intermediate summary is: ground and characteristic, and attention, object to be tamed and benefit, harm, fault, and opposing factors and antidote, brevity and extensiveness. That is temporarily the body of the Buddha's word, therefore, in the scriptures, one should completely seek all or any of these ten meanings. In this way, having completely sought for one's own benefit, one should explain to others. In this way, for the sutra section with the body of words and the body of meaning, the Dharma speaker should enter by explaining in five ways: first, one should declare the Dharma; after that, one should declare the cause of arising; after that, one should declare the meaning; after that, one should declare the answer to the opponent; after that, one should declare the connection. Among these, briefly speaking, the Dharma refers to the twelve divisions of the scriptures, such as the sutra section, which belong to the scriptures. Among these, the sutra section is explained solely by the meaning of what is said. Among these, for the most part, one should grasp the intention. Among these, the section made with melody refers to what is ultimately made with the melody of verses, and what is placed as a brief indication that is not of definitive meaning. Among these, the prophecy section refers to what starts from a brief indication, distinguishes in detail, and makes prophecies, and what makes prophecies about the births of beings who have transcended the time of the Shravakas. Among these, the verse section refers to what is explained in verses, that is, two-line verses, three-line verses, four-line verses, five-line verses, or six-line verses. Among these, the section of self-utterances refers to what does not rely on anything else, for example, in order to purify the Shravakas.
