If one has indeed done so and accumulated it, then in that case, that (person) will definitely experience unpleasantness in the future. If it is not accumulated in that way, then whatever Dharma is correctly accepted based on what, experienced in a pleasant or painful way, that (person) will definitely bear it together. Either experiencing happiness in this very life, or experiencing suffering. Having said that, then whatever action is done without regret and without showing the antidote, the action of that person is also accumulated. What is to be written, even if it is destined to be experienced only in this life, it is also experiencing the lower realms, and it also hinders liberation in this life. Furthermore, if that action is done, one will also regret it, and the action of that person who also has the antidote will not be accumulated. Even if the accumulated action is destined to experience the lower realms, it is only to be experienced in this life, and it will not hinder liberation. Therefore, he did not slander abiding in celibacy and nirvana. Therefore, it should be known that this is true speech. In this regard, if there are not ten antidotes, then the all-pervasive afflictions of karma will be all-pervasive afflictions, and if those ten exist, then it will be completely purified. For example, no matter what antidote is used, it will not be accumulated immediately after doing it, and the future experience is uncertain; no matter what antidote is used, even if it is not abandoned, it will not be experienced; no matter what antidote is used, it will also be abandoned and separated; similarly, by guarding the sense gates, cultivating the body in order to cultivate the training of higher morality; cultivating higher morality in order to cultivate higher mind; cultivating higher mind in order to cultivate higher wisdom; cultivating higher wisdom in order to abandon defilements, as well as cultivating with intense mind, as well as cultivating for a long time, as well as cultivating the antidote and not cultivating the antidote. If these ten antidotes of the all-pervasive afflictions of karma do not exist, then it will be all-pervasive afflictions. It should be known that the opposite of this is complete purification. In this life, body and speech

If the actions of body, speech, and mind are not well restrained, then the negative actions done and accumulated in the past will bring all kinds of afflictions in the future. If the actions of body, speech, and mind are well restrained, they will not bring all kinds of afflictions. What is it like when the actions of body, speech, and mind are not well restrained in this life? What is it like when the actions of body, etc., are well restrained? For example, some people abandon the sinful deeds of body, speech, and mind that are closely related to negativity, as well as the sinful deeds of ignorance that correspond to the non-virtuous intentions that produce these sins, and thus correctly uphold the virtuous deeds of body, speech, and mind. In this way, in this life, they will not experience the various sufferings caused by afflictions and wrong views, discriminations and seeking. However, they are only satisfied with abandoning and correctly upholding these, and do not strive to cultivate the noble path in this life, nor will they attain Nirvana. Those who restrain themselves in this way, although they do not commit sinful non-virtuous deeds in this life, are still bound by the bonds of the habits of affliction, and after death they will still be reborn in samsara. In samsara, they will generate all kinds of afflictions due to the influence of past karma. The characteristic of well-restrained actions of body, speech, and mind is this: abiding in the state of abandoning and correctly upholding virtuous deeds, they neither create new negative actions, nor experience the fruition of old karma, and eliminate old karma by experiencing the fruition. They are not satisfied with merely abandoning and correctly upholding virtuous deeds, but also cultivate the noble path in this life and attain the fruit of Nirvana. In this case, as long as the body containing consciousness exists, they will experience the feelings brought about by past karma in this life. This body containing consciousness will continue to exist as long as life has not ended. When life ends and consciousness leaves the body, from then on, the life force matures.
