It is because, in order to realize without reversing it. Moreover, the consciousness that is the seed of rebirth, which is completely grasped by the karma and afflictions that cause beings to be born, should be known as not abiding in that place. Because that consciousness does not exist, the arising, increasing, and expanding of the later existence in three ways, as before, will also cease. That non-abiding consciousness also does not manifestly arise from the two aspects of the nature of cause and the nature of effect. Whatever manifest arising is completely grasped by the path, relying on the door of liberation of emptiness, is non-manifestly fabricated. Relying on the door of liberation of non-aspiration, it is contentment. Relying on the door of liberation of signlessness, it is abiding. In this, due to habituation to manifest joy, it is extreme liberation. If all latent tendencies are exhausted, and the mind constantly abides after extreme liberation, then there is no complete aversion to changing actions, because the aggregates that have been obtained cease of their own accord, and the cause of other aggregates has also been truly severed, so they no longer arise. That cessation of consciousness associated with defilements does not go to the ten directions. The aggregate of consciousness, the tree of consciousness, together with all feelings like a shadow, should be known to pass into nirvana like a lamp at the same time. The realm of nirvana with remainder, from the first door of abandoning all entanglements, is peaceful. From the second door of abandonment, it is coolness. From the third door of abandonment, it becomes pure. In three ways, there is no place for consciousness to hold consciousness. That is, because one is not of the nature of all afflictions, nor does one become the cause of all afflictions of others, and there are no other friends of consciousness. Summary: The limb of abandonment truly appears, aspect and object and instruction, four classes of sentient beings, four aspects of the path, the ultimate is five aspects. Abandonment that abandons is contained by five limbs. As it is, may actions truly appear.

Furthermore, it transforms, that is to say, physical solitude, mental solitude, samadhi on the side of tranquility, samadhi on the side of insight, and constantly purifying. To make things appear correctly as they are, it should be understood as twelve aspects, that is to say, as if arising from the collection of terms, such as hearing, oneself grasping well, grasping wrongly, reliable scriptures, direct perception, the object of inference, self-characteristic, general characteristic, existing as it is, all that exists and is seen, and entering the ultimate ground. The basis of the object of knowledge that possesses the aspect of making things appear correctly as they are is fourfold, that is to say, the feelings arising from the combination of the senses and objects of the ordinary individuals of this Dharma, due to not understanding, the afflictions that arise from the engagement of the formations, and knowing that will become purified; furthermore, the afflictions that arise from the engagement of the formations due to not understanding, based on the manifest joy of the ordinary householders in being reborn in the next life, and reversing that will become purified; furthermore, the samadhi desired and contemplated by external heretics, and the afflictions that arise from the engagement of the formations due to not understanding the formations based on the joy of beings, and reversing that will become purified; furthermore, the afflictions that arise from the engagement of the formations due to the remaining ignorance of the trainees of this Dharma through the gates of the senses, objects, and forgetfulness, and eliminating that remainder will become purified. Among them, the aspect of purification in all aspects should be understood as a small part of the followers of this Dharma, and these are the four bases of objects. The teachings of the Tathagatas are incomparable due to three causes, that is to say, teaching the uncommon Dharma, teaching without inversion, and teaching that one has manifested complete perfect enlightenment oneself.
