Having joy and desire, and appearing joyful towards this and that, these, if briefly summarized, are the craving for existence and the craving for objects. Among them, whatever causes birth in existence is the craving for existence. Whatever has joy and desire is for the objects that are about to be obtained, those that have already been obtained, those that have not yet been enjoyed, and those that are being enjoyed. Appearing joyful towards this and that is for the objects that are sought in the future. Among them, in terms of the craving that has joy and desire, it is called the pervasive connection of craving. Also, in terms of causing birth in existence and appearing joyful towards this and that, it should be understood as being bound by the fall of craving. Whatever object is pervasively connected by craving, one runs around in that place, and wherever one is bound by the fall of craving, one wanders around in that place. Therefore, the continuum of action is endless, so it is long-lasting. Because it arises from one cause to another through transmission, it is without beginning. In five aspects, the five aspects of the bondage of children's samsara should be understood, namely: where one is bound, by what one is bound, what is bound, and in such bondage, by what basis one experiences, and what one experiences. Among them, by the karma of going to a good destination, one is bound to something like a pillar of a good destination. By the karma of going to a bad destination, one is bound to something like a peg of a bad destination. Alternatively, by the existence that has joy and desire, one is bound to something like a pillar of one's own possessions. By appearing joyful towards this and that, and by causing birth in existence, one is bound to something like a peg of one's own possessions. Also, by ignorance, children, ordinary beings, are bound like dogs, without being disgusted with suffering, and in the future, relying on the aggregates, they will experience suffering such as birth. These four are the children, ordinary beings, who are satisfied with things that have defilements, and these should mostly be understood as outsiders, namely: being satisfied with a human body, being satisfied with the body of a god who enjoys desires, being satisfied with being born in the world of Brahma.

The Rājinpa and the very summit of existence (referring to Akanistha) is the ultimate, the fourth kind of contentment. For these, in order, the child is running, standing, sitting, sleeping. Furthermore, these four are the ways in which a child engages in desire, that is to say, rebirth, the object to be sought in the future, what can be obtained, what has already been obtained, and what can be enjoyed. For these, it should be understood that the names of running, etc., should be applied in order. Among them, rebirth and the object to be sought should be understood as the name of running. Furthermore, there are four ways: the karma of the mind is to completely seek the object, the karma of speech and the karma of body are to obtain. For those obtained, one enters and relies on whatever one likes. These ways of acting are the desire that causes these actions to arise. Or, completely seeking the object and existence. For these four ways of acting, the names of running, etc., should also be applied in order. Just as running, etc., are, as has been said, for those who are content with things that have outflows, and for the ways of engaging in desire, the four names of great joy, great attachment, special attachment, and abiding in special attachment should also be applied in order. These two are the various fruits of acting on the path of engaging in desire, that is to say, various minds and various bodies. Among them, there are two kinds of various minds: various kinds and various afflictions. Among them, various kinds are: nature, basis, object, and companion. Various afflictions are desire, hatred, ignorance, and other afflictions and near afflictions. Among them, there are also two kinds of various bodies: various different bodies and various of the same body. Among them, the various afflictions of the mind should be known as the cause of both of those two kinds of various bodies. In order to eliminate it, the yogi must be non-inverted and continuous.

One should strive with two uninterrupted mental activities. Among these, in four ways, various causes accomplish various results, namely: where it is accomplished, by what it is accomplished, what is accomplished, and how it is accomplished. Accomplishing in good or bad destinies is done by minds afflicted by afflictions such as desire, hatred, and ignorance. Various bodies belonging to the five aspects of formations are what is accomplished. Not knowing the causes of entering, returning, completely afflicting, and purifying of formations, as well as purification as it is, one accomplishes through the gates of manifestations such as joy and running, etc. A child who does not understand the impermanence of formations, relying on the view of the perishable aggregate and entering the continuous aspect, should be understood as being carried into the continuous aspect in five ways, namely: where is it carried, by what is it carried, relying on what is it carried, how is it carried, and what will it become when carried. Among these, in the two similar banks of good and bad destinies, one is carried from this shore to the other shore, and from the other shore to this shore. Among these, the river of craving, possessing five characteristics of a moist nature, carries one, namely: flowing downwards, moving in the realm, moving in minute parts, extremely difficult to understand, difficult to turn back from the realm, and because it is the nature of being vast and diverse after all formations below the peak of existence, and is not pacified. It carries by disturbing the body and mind.
