Because it arises from the place of origin, it is the formless realm belonging to the sphere of infinite space. Because it necessarily arises from space, consciousness, and the notion of nothingness, it is the formless realms above those. Therefore, because it necessarily arises from external spheres of origin, it should be understood as the three realms. In the realm of form, the six internal spheres of origin are complete. In the formless realm, one has completely transcended the five forms, and it is the body of the mind sphere of origin. The realm of cessation has completely transcended all six, therefore, because it does not necessarily arise from the internal spheres of origin and necessarily arises, the other three realms should be understood as being separately established. From the realm of desire, forms are not always necessarily manifested. Similarly, the formless realms are not always necessarily manifested from forms. That which is always necessarily manifested from any manifested fabrication is cessation. Therefore, because it is not always necessarily manifested and necessarily manifested, the three realms should be understood as being separately established. Through fully understanding the special manifestation of pride, the five and six realms that necessarily manifest should be understood as being separately established, just as arising from the ground of meditative stabilization. Bhikshus who delight in dwelling correctly within and are diligent in cultivating shamatha and vipassana, in brief, should understand that the mind will be liberated in five ways: Through a mind that has fully cultivated shamatha, relying on vipassana, the mind will be liberated from the near afflictions that are in accordance with the aspect of shamatha; through a mind that has fully cultivated vipassana, relying on shamatha, the mind will be liberated from the near afflictions that are in accordance with the aspect of vipassana; a mind that possesses both of these, being free from near afflictions, the mind will be liberated from all formations to be abandoned by seeing; through cultivating the realm of nirvana with remainder, the mind will be liberated from all formations to be abandoned by cultivation; without remainder, the formations of the aggregates

From this, the mind is completely liberated from everything. These two are the wonderful teachings of the well-spoken Dharma and Vinaya, the teacher and the Shravakas, namely, the consistency of view and speech, and the supreme view and speech. Both of these are also absent in outsiders, because they are different and transcend Nirvana. These two are the signs of childishness, namely, engaging in harming oneself and others, and not being skilled in the four places. Among them, the creation of harm should be understood in four ways. What are the four? Through the difference of others, the difference of the inner, the difference of time, and the difference of lineage, four kinds of suffering are produced. Among them, the epidemic diseases caused by non-humans, and the harms caused by humans, and the fear of the possibility of these two occurring, these fears that have not yet occurred, are the suffering caused by others. Among them, the diseases caused by the imbalance of one's own humors, and the transformation of suffering, and the afflictions arising from the lack of desire, these sentient beings are confused, and are the suffering caused by inner factors. Similarly, it should also be understood that, like the former, the suffering arises from the possibility of occurrence. For example, how it is now, in the past it was also suffered by all kinds of suffering, and in the future it will also be like that, this is suffering due to the difference of time. By establishing in a reversed way, oneself also suffers, and others also suffer, and earnestly striving to establish that kind of lineage, it will also lead to suffering, this should be understood as suffering due to the difference of lineage. Among them, the first three are engaging in harming oneself. The last one also harms others. Which four places are not skilled in? Namely, the elements, the sources, dependent origination, and what is and is not the place. The opposite of this is the two signs of the wise.
