From this point forward, starting from the unborn, the unceasing, the primordially peaceful, and the very nature of complete nirvana, the ultimate meaning taught by the Bhagavan will also be declared in all sutras of provisional meaning. Bhagavan, just as the base for painting, whether it is blue, yellow, white, or red, has the same taste for all the pictures to be drawn, and the drawn picture will also be very clear. Similarly, from the very non-existence of the nature of all phenomena to the very nature of complete nirvana, the ultimate meaning taught by the Bhagavan has the same taste for all the sutras of provisional meaning, and those provisional meanings will be very clear. Bhagavan, just as butter, when placed in a container, or used to cook meat, or used to make various kinds of pastries, becomes very delicious when butter is added. Similarly, from the very non-existence of the nature of all phenomena to the very nature of complete nirvana, the ultimate meaning taught by the Bhagavan, when declared in all sutras of provisional meaning, will become very joyful, and will become extremely joyful. Bhagavan, just as the sky has the same taste for everything, and will not cause obstruction to everything that is given. Similarly, from the very non-existence of the nature of all phenomena to the very nature of complete nirvana, the ultimate meaning taught by the Bhagavan has the same taste for all the sutras of provisional meaning, and will not cause obstruction to everything that is declared in the Hearer Vehicle, the Solitary Realizer Vehicle, and the Great Vehicle. After making this request, the Bhagavan praised the Bodhisattva True Ultimate Noble One, saying, "Well done! Well done! True Ultimate Noble One, you have understood the intention of the Thus Come One, and for this reason, like the examples of the saddle, the base for painting, the mixing with butter, and the sky, it is very good."

That which is made is, the ultimate, truly noble one, just so. It is not otherwise, hold it just so. Then, the Bodhisattva, the ultimate, truly noble one, said this to the Blessed One: Blessed One, at first in Varanasi, in the Deer Park at the Hermitage, for those who have truly entered the Hearer Vehicle, by explaining the Four Noble Truths in various ways, you turned the wheel of Dharma, which is wonderful and amazing, and which no one, whether god or human, had ever turned in accordance with the Dharma in the world before. The wheel of Dharma turned by the Blessed One is supreme, opportune, and the basis for arguing the correct meaning. Blessed One, starting from the very non-existence of the essence of all dharmas, from the very non-existence of arising, the very non-existence of ceasing, from the very beginning being peaceful, and from the very nature being completely liberated from suffering, for those who have truly entered the Great Vehicle, by means of the expression of emptiness, you turned the second wheel of Dharma, which is most wonderful and amazing. The wheel of Dharma turned by the Blessed One is also supreme, opportune, and the basis for arguing the correct meaning. Blessed One, starting from the very non-existence of the essence of all dharmas, from the very non-existence of arising, the very non-existence of ceasing, from the very beginning being peaceful, and from the very nature being completely liberated from suffering, for those who have truly entered all vehicles, you turned the third wheel of Dharma, which is endowed with excellent distinctions and is wonderful and amazing. This wheel of Dharma turned by the Blessed One is not supreme, not opportune, it is of definitive meaning, and it is not the basis for argument. Blessed One, starting from the very non-existence of the essence of all dharmas, and up to the very nature being completely liberated from suffering, Blessed One, whoever, whether son or daughter of good family, hears this definitive meaning that you have taught and believes in it, asks to have it written down, and having written it down, holds it, recites it, makes offerings to it, and correctly explains it,

How much merit will be generated by my prostrations, recitations, mindfulness, and engagement in meditation? After this request, the Blessed One spoke to the Bodhisattva True Meaning of Reality, saying: True Meaning of Reality, whether a son or daughter of good family, that merit is immeasurable, generating countless merits, but it is not easy to accomplish. However, I will briefly explain it to you. True Meaning of Reality, for example, the dust on the tip of a fingernail compared to the dust on the earth, does not even approach one percent, not even one thousandth, one millionth, counting, part, calculation, analogy, or cause. The water in a cow's footprint compared to the water in the four great oceans, does not even approach one percent, not even cause. Similarly, True Meaning of Reality, the merit I have spoken of from generating faith in the sutras of meanings that need to be led, to engaging in meditation, compared to the merit from generating faith in the teachings of definitive meaning and perfecting it, to perfecting it through engaging in meditation, does not even approach one percent, not even cause. After saying this, the Bodhisattva True Meaning of Reality said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, what is the name of this Dharma category of explaining the profound meaning that you have spoken of? How should we uphold it? The Blessed One said: True Meaning of Reality, this is the teaching of the ultimate reality explaining the definitive meaning, so uphold this teaching of the ultimate reality explaining the definitive meaning. When this teaching of the ultimate reality explaining the definitive meaning was proclaimed, six hundred thousand beings generated the mind of unsurpassed perfect and complete enlightenment. Three hundred thousand Shravakas generated the pure Dharma eye, free from dust and defilement, towards all phenomena. One hundred and fifty thousand Shravakas, without taking anything, their minds were liberated from all defilements. Seventy-five thousand Bodhisattvas
