Therefore, the true and correct noble one, considering the three types of selflessness, declared that all phenomena are without self-nature. The true and correct noble one, considering the characteristic selflessness, declared that all phenomena are unborn, unceasing, primordially peaceful, and naturally in nirvana. Why is that? The true and correct noble one, whatever is empty of its own characteristic is unborn; whatever is unborn is unceasing; whatever is unborn and unceasing is primordially peaceful; whatever is primordially peaceful is naturally in nirvana; whatever is naturally in nirvana has nothing to be completely liberated from. Therefore, considering the characteristic selflessness, he declared that all phenomena are unborn, unceasing, primordially peaceful, and naturally in nirvana. The true and correct noble one, again considering the ultimate selflessness, which is distinguished by the absence of self in phenomena, declared that all phenomena are unborn, unceasing, primordially peaceful, and naturally in nirvana. Why is that? Because in this way, the ultimate selflessness, which is distinguished by the absence of self in phenomena, only remains constant in constant time and steadfast in steadfast time. That is the dharma-nature of all phenomena, unconditioned, free from all afflictions. Remaining in that very dharma-nature constantly in constant time and steadfastly in steadfast time, whatever is unconditioned is unborn and unceasing because it is unconditioned. That is primordially peaceful and naturally in nirvana because it is free from all afflictions. Therefore, considering the ultimate selflessness, which is distinguished by the absence of self in phenomena, he declared that all phenomena are unborn, unceasing, primordially peaceful, and naturally in nirvana. The true and correct noble one, I, in the realm of sentient beings, see the imputed nature of sentient beings as being distinct by its very nature.

Oṃ. Because the nature of other-dependence and the nature of perfect accomplishment are also seen as distinct in nature, therefore the three kinds of no-self-nature are not posited. Sentient beings falsely impute the nature of other-dependence and the nature of perfect accomplishment as the nature of complete imputation. Subsequently, they apply the name of the nature of complete imputation to the nature of other-dependence and the nature of perfect accomplishment. How they subsequently apply the name, in that way, the mind completely imbued with the applied name is connected with the applied name, or the habitual tendency of the applied name manifests and clings to the nature of other-dependence and the nature of perfect accomplishment as the characteristic of the nature of complete imputation. How they manifest and cling, in that way, the cause and condition of manifesting and clinging to the nature of other-dependence as the nature of complete imputation, in the future, completely generate the nature of other-dependence. Because of that basis, also due to the all-pervasive affliction of afflictions, they become all-pervasively afflicted. Due to the all-pervasive affliction of karma and the all-pervasive affliction of birth, they also become all-pervasively afflicted, and for a long time, either among the hell beings, or among the animals, or among the pretas, or among the gods, or among the asuras, or among the humans, they wander and transmigrate everywhere, because they cannot escape from samsara. For the ultimate true reality, if there are some sentient beings who from the very beginning have not generated roots of virtue, have not completely purified obscurations, whose continuum has not fully matured, who do not have much faith, who have not truly accomplished the accumulation of merit and wisdom, then now the Dharma is taught starting from the no-self-nature of birth. After they hear that Dharma, they recognize impermanence in conditioned phenomena that arise dependently. Recognizing instability, recognizing unreliability, recognizing the nature of change, they develop aversion to all conditioned phenomena. Having developed aversion, they turn away from evil deeds. They do not commit any evil deeds and rely on virtue. They rely on virtue.
