Beginning with the last two aspects of the two (aspects) of (the Truth of Suffering). Which are the aspects that are without aspiration? It is said that there are six, namely the first two of the Truth of Suffering, and all of the Truth of the Origin. Which are the aspects that are without characteristics? It is said that they are all of the Truth of Cessation. Which are the aspects that closely represent the cause of purification? It is said that they are all of the Truth of the Path. When someone with the perception of impermanence abides in the perception of selflessness, why is emptiness taught first? It is said that because when the view of selflessness arises, in order to establish the absence of aspiration for the view of impermanence, these two views purify each other in succession. Another order of explanation of the four noble truths is that whoever is suffering is the first. How is it suffering is the second. From the perspective of the dark side, whoever is happy is the third. How is it happy is the fourth, like disease, its cause, absence of disease, and medicine. Another way is to arrange the order of the truths according to the order in which worldly beings experience suffering, just as worldly beings first experience some kind of suffering, then they think about it. Then they think about where it comes from. Then they think about liberation from it. Then they think about the means of liberation from it. Chapter Eight. What is the meaning of truth? It is said that the meaning of the nature that does not contradict the teachings, and the meaning that becomes the cause of purification when it is seen, is the meaning of truth. What is the meaning of the Truth of Suffering? It is said that it is the meaning of actions arising from afflictions. What is the meaning of the Truth of the Origin? It is said that it is the meaning of generating the Truth of Suffering. What is the meaning of the Truth of Cessation? It is said that it is the meaning of the pacification of those two. What is the meaning of the Truth of the Path? It is said that it is the meaning of accomplishing those three meanings. Are these four noble truths included in the conventional truth, or in the ultimate truth?
