If established, one would also associate with the faults arising from sexual desire and universal sexual desire, etc. Therefore, those should not abide in either of the two sides, so they should neither be expelled nor given full ordination. Furthermore, eunuchs and hermaphrodites have many afflictions, and their nature is obscured by the obscuration of afflictions. If those people cannot generate the kind of individual awareness that, through individual examination and after individual examination, temporarily engages in the completely pure aggregate of morality, how could they manifest a guru above human dharma? Therefore, those people should neither be expelled nor given full ordination. Even excellent individuals are rare in their sangha, and it is also difficult to fully observe them. Why is it that even though eunuchs and hermaphrodites have taken refuge and properly taken the precepts of a layperson and abide in them, they should not be called laypersons? If it is said that those who have an attitude of reverence towards monks and nuns are called laypersons, even if those people have been tamed, they should not revere monks because they repeatedly mix with monks, nor should they revere nuns. Monks and nuns should also not accept reverence from those people, nor should they touch them, nor should they trust them as they would trust laypersons. Therefore, those people should not be called laypersons. It should be understood that the merit of those who keep the precepts is the same. What is neither a vow nor a non-vow? Apart from the vows mentioned above, and apart from non-vows, all those virtuous and non-virtuous actions done by mind and body, etc., should be understood to belong to neither vows nor non-vows. The vows taken by oneself and the vows taken from others, who takes them from others? If one takes them oneself, then for these two who properly take the vows, for example, is there a difference in merit and merit? If one takes them with the same intention and also protects them in the same way,

There is no difference in particular, and it should be known. If, due to circumstances, one cannot receive the Bhikshu vows, and even if one desires to receive them, one cannot obtain them, then in short, there are six reasons: decline of intention, decline of body, decline of masculinity, decline of virtuous qualities, being controlled by others, and following others. Among these, if a king has caused harm, or thieves have caused harm, or one is distressed by debt, or distressed by fear, or becomes fearful and afraid due to lack of livelihood, and one thinks, 'It is difficult for me to live in a household, these Bhikshus maintain their livelihood easily, so I will go among the Bhikshus, pretend to be like them, and maintain my livelihood easily.' If one ordains solely with such an intention, and also thinks, 'If I am expelled by the Sangha for being immoral, that would be bad,' and out of fear, observes some of the precepts, even if one has begun to practice, because this is a decline of intention, it should only be said that one has not received full ordination. This is called decline of intention. If one thinks, 'It is difficult for me to live in this household, so I will ordain and maintain my livelihood easily. Like these Bhikshus, I will practice celibacy, and practice celibacy until the end of my life,' then ordaining in this way is not called decline of intention. But it is not completely pure, and it cannot be said that one has not received full ordination. Having diseases such as warts and eye diseases, which are mentioned in the scriptures as obstacles, is called decline of body. One who ordains with a decline of body cannot serve the teachers. Because one cannot do so, one takes upon oneself whatever service is due to the teachers and those who practice celibacy, and also receives robes and food, etc., given out of faith by faithful patrons. The various things given out of their faith
