If one does not wish to undertake it, there is no fault. If a Bodhisattva, due to the suffering of sentient beings who are relatives and those arising from possessions, does not eliminate the sorrow that arises, being endowed with a mind of complete torment, it will be with fault and contradictory, and will become a fault of affliction. If one does not eliminate it due to laziness and indolence, it will become a non-afflictive fault. Not becoming a fault is as follows: starting from not helping with tasks, it should be understood as before. If a Bodhisattva, when someone desires food and drink, does not give food and drink and other necessities with a mind of complete torment and a mind of anger, it will be with fault and contradictory, and will become a fault of affliction. If one does not give due to laziness, indolence, and carelessness, it will become a non-afflictive fault. If there are no possessions, that is, if one does not have wealth, there is no fault. If one asks for what is unsuitable and inappropriate, there is no fault. If one wishes to tame with that method and wishes to tame, there is no fault, as before. If one protects against harm to the king, there is no fault. If one protects the internal discipline of the Sangha, there is no fault. If a Bodhisattva, being endowed with a mind of complete torment towards the retinue he has gathered, does not properly admonish and properly instruct them from time to time, and does not seek clothing, food, bedding, cushions, medicine, and supplies from Brahmins and believing householders for the sake of those who are poor, it will be with fault and contradictory, and will become a fault of affliction. If one does not admonish, does not instruct, and does not seek due to laziness or indolence or carelessness, it will become a non-afflictive fault. If one wishes to tame with that method and wishes to tame, there is no fault, as before. If one protects the internal discipline of the Sangha, there is no fault. If one is sick and cannot endure treatment, there is no fault. If one entrusts it to others who are capable, there is no fault. If the retinue is endowed with great merit, or if oneself knows that one is able to seek Dharma robes and other items.

, and they have shown the key instructions. If the actions of key instructions and showing key instructions have been done, there is no fault. If someone who was previously a heretic and came to steal the Dharma is inherently incapable of being tamed, there is no fault.
