སྔགས་པ་བརྗོད་ཅིང་བསྒྲགས་པས་ནི་སྨིན་མཚམས་ཀྱི་མཛོད་སྤུ་དུང་གི་མདོག་ལྟར་དཀར་ལ་གཡས་སུ་འཁྱིལ་པ་བརྙེས་སོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོའི་མཚན་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་བྱེ་བྲག་མེད་པར་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུས་ཐོབ་པར་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་མིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཉམས་པ་ནི་མིར་འགྱུར་བ་ཉིད་ཀྱང་མི་འཐོབ་ན། སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོའི་མཚན་ལྟ་ག་ལ་འཐོབ་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེ་ལ་དབུ་གཙུག་ཏོར་དང་ལྡན་པ་དང༌། སྤྱི་གཙུག་བལྟར་མི་མཐོང་བ་ནི་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོའི་མཚན་གཅིག་ཡིན་པར་རིག་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ལས་གུད་ན་ཡང་མེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །འདི་ནི་མཚན་མངོན་པར་འགྲུབ་པ་དང༌། མཐུན་པའི་ལས་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་རྒྱས་པར་རྣམ་པར་གཞག་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །མདོར་བསྡུ་ན་ནི་ལས་ཀྱི་མཐའ་ལེགས་པར་བྱས་པ་ཕྱོགས་གཉིས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་རྣམ་པ་བཞིས་མཚན་ཐམས་ཅད་མངོན་པར་འགྲུབ་པར་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་ངེས་པར་འབྱེད་པས་ནི་ཞབས་ཤིན་ཏུ་གནས་པ་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བྱང་བར་བྱེད་པས་ནི་ཕྱག་དང་ཞབས་འཁོར་ལོའི་མཚན་དང་ལྡན་པ་དང༌། ཞབས་འབར་འབུར་མེད་པ་དང༌། ཕྱག་དང་ཞབས་དྲ་བས་འབྲེལ་པ་དང༌། པགས་པ་སྲབ་པ་དང༌། སྐུའི་བདུན་མཐོ་བ་དང༌། ཐལ་གོང་རྒྱས་པ་དང༌། དཔུང་མགོ་ལེགས་པར་གྲུབ་པ་དང༌། སྐུ་ཚེ་ཞིང་དྲང་ བ་དང། ལྗགས་རིང་ཞིང་སྲབ་པ་འགྲུབ་བོ། །རྟག་ཏུ་བྱེད་པས་ནི་སོར་མོ་རིང་བ་དང༌། ཞབས་ཀྱི་རྟིང་པ་ཡངས་པ་དང༌། སྐུ་མ་བཏུད་པ་དང༌། ཤིང་ཉ་གྲོ་དྷ་ལྟར་ཆུ་ཞིང་གབ་པ་དང༌། ཚེམས་ཐགས་བཟང་བ་འགྲུབ་པོ། །ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་མེད་པར་བྱེད་པས་ནི་མཚན་ལྷག་མ་རྣམས་མངོན་པར་འགྲུབ་སྟེ། དེ་ལ་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་གནོད་པ་མེད་པར་སྦྱོར་བས་ནི་ཕྱག་དང་ཞབས་འཇམ་ཞིང་གཞོན་ཤ་ཆགས་པ་དང༌། པགས་པ་སྲབ་ཅིང་འཇམ་པ་འགྲུབ་པོ། །དགེ་བ་ལ་གོ་རིམས་བཞིན་དུ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང༌། དུས་སུ་སྦྱོར་བས་ནི་བྱིན་པ་རི་དགས་ཨེ་ན་ཡའི་ལྟ་བུར་འགྲུབ་པོ། །མཆོག་ཏུ་དགའ་བ་དང༌། དགའ་བ་དང༌། འོད་གསལ་བའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་བ་ཀུན་དུ་སྤྱོད་པས་ནི་སྐུ་མདོག་གསེར་འདྲ་ཞིང་འོད་འདོམ་གང་དང་ལྡན་པ་དང༌། ཚེམས་དཀར་བ་དང༌། མཛོད་སྤུ་དཀར་པོ་འགྲུབ་པོ། །གྲགས་པ་དང༌། སྒྲ་དང༌། ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་ལ་མི་རྟེན་པ་དང། དགེ་བ་མི་སྤྱོམས་པས་ནི་མདོམས་ཀྱི་སྦ་བ་སྦུབས་སུ་ནུབ་པ་འགྲུབ་པོ། །དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོས་པས་ནི་སྐུའི་སྤུ་གྱེན་དུ་ཕྱོགས་པ་དང༌། ཚེམས་བཞི་བཅུ་དང་མཉམ་

据说，念诵和宣说真言，可以获得眉间毫毛如海螺之色般洁白且右旋的相。所有三十二大丈夫相，都应理解为毫无差别地由戒律之因获得。为何如此说呢？因为菩萨如果戒律有所亏损，连转生为人都无法获得，更何况能获得大丈夫相呢？其中，头有肉髻和顶髻不可见，应知是大丈夫相之一，因为除此之外别无他法。这是相的显现成就，以及与之相应的各种事业得以广大的安立。简而言之，应知以善妙完成业之边际的两种方面所形成的四种方式，可以显现成就一切相。其中，通过决定的方式，可以成就双足稳固安住。通过清净的方式，可以成就手足具有轮相，足无高低不平，手足有网相连，皮肤薄，身体七处隆满，肩膊丰满，臂膀圆满，身躯正直，以及舌头长而薄。通过恒常的方式，可以成就手指纤长，足跟宽广，身躯不弯曲，如树鱼鳄鱼般隐没于水中，牙齿排列整齐。通过毫无过失的方式，可以显现成就剩余的相。其中，以不损害众生的方式行事，可以成就手足柔软且具有童子之相，皮肤薄而柔软。以按照次第行持善法，以及按时行持善法，可以成就腿如羚羊伊尼延的腿一般。以极度欢喜、欢喜和光明的心来普遍行持善法，可以成就身色如金且具有一寻光芒，牙齿洁白，以及白毫相。不依赖名声、声音和偈颂，以及不炫耀善法，可以成就马阴藏相。以将善根完全回向菩提，可以成就身上的毛发向上生长，以及牙齿达到四十颗。

It is said that by reciting and proclaiming mantras, one attains the mark of the white hair between the eyebrows, like the color of a conch shell and curling to the right. All thirty-two major marks of a great being should be understood as being obtained without exception through the cause of discipline. Why is that? Because if a Bodhisattva's discipline is impaired, even rebirth as a human being cannot be obtained, let alone the major marks of a great being. Among them, having a protuberance on the head and an invisible crown should be known as one of the major marks of a great being, because there is no other way apart from that. This is the manifest accomplishment of the marks, and the extensive establishment of various activities in accordance with it. In short, it should be known that all the marks are manifestly accomplished by the four ways formed by the two aspects of well completing the edge of actions. Among them, through the way of determination, the firmly established feet will be accomplished. Through the way of purification, the hands and feet with wheel marks, the feet without bumps, the hands and feet connected by nets, thin skin, the seven high places of the body, full shoulders, well-formed arms, upright body, and long and thin tongue will be accomplished. Through the way of constancy, long fingers, wide heels, unbent body, concealment in water like a tree fish crocodile, and well-aligned teeth will be accomplished. Through the way of being without fault, the remaining marks will be manifestly accomplished. Among them, by acting without harming sentient beings, soft hands and feet with the appearance of a child, and thin and soft skin will be accomplished. By practicing virtue in order, and practicing virtue in time, legs like the legs of a gazelle Eneya will be accomplished. By universally practicing virtue with extreme joy, joy, and a mind of clear light, a body color like gold with a fathom of light, white teeth, and the white hair between the eyebrows will be accomplished. By not relying on fame, sound, and verses, and not boasting of virtue, the hidden genitals will be accomplished. By completely dedicating the root of virtue to enlightenment, the body hair growing upwards and the teeth reaching forty will be accomplished.
