It should be known that it is pure. What is the result of complete maturation? If a Bodhisattva has a complete lifespan, then based on his own benefit and the benefit of others, he will engage in virtuous activities for a long time and increase many roots of virtue, etc. This is the result of a complete lifespan. If a Bodhisattva has a complete complexion, he will become beloved by the great assembly of beings. If he is beloved, they will gather around him. Because of the pleasing appearance and the manifest encounter, the great assembly of beings will listen to his words and pay attention to his actions. It should be known that this is the result of a Bodhisattva's complete complexion. If a Bodhisattva has a complete lineage, he will be honored, worshiped, and praised by the great assembly of beings. If he is honored, worshiped, and praised, then whatever matters the sentient beings are led into, they will quickly enter into them due to the suppression of his power. They will not say, "Do not do it," nor will they do anything wrong. It should be known that this is the result of a Bodhisattva's complete lineage. If a Bodhisattva has complete power, he will gather and ripen sentient beings through generosity. It should be known that this is the result of a Bodhisattva's complete power. If a Bodhisattva's speech is virtuous, then he will gather and ripen sentient beings through pleasant speech, meaningful actions, and accordance with meaning. It should be known that this is the result of a Bodhisattva's virtuous speech. If a Bodhisattva is famous for his great power, he will go to help and benefit sentient beings in various ways. Because of the benefits he has given, the minds of sentient beings will be connected to him, and therefore they will respect him and repay his kindness. With respect and reverence, they will quickly listen to his instructions. It should be known that this is the result of a Bodhisattva's fame for great power.

everything, and become a vessel for thoroughly distinguishing all knowable things. Having become fearless, at all times, going with all sentient beings, or speaking, or associating, or enjoying, or entering solitary places. Without obstruction, this should be understood as the fruit of the very birth of a Bodhisattva. If a Bodhisattva becomes complete with strength, then he will not be weary of the practice of accomplishing virtuous Dharma and the practice of benefiting sentient beings, and he will initiate diligence, and diligence will become stable, and he will quickly attain clairvoyance. This should be understood as the fruit of a Bodhisattva's complete strength. Thus, these are the eight kinds of fruits of the eight kinds of maturation of Bodhisattvas. If one possesses these, it is also beneficial to sentient beings, and it is also suitable and conducive to the arising of the Buddha's teachings. If a Bodhisattva abides in this fruit of maturation, then he himself will also be capable and able to do many kinds of things for the benefit of sentient beings. And those who are to be tamed will also be like this: even for their own affairs, they will listen as if they were obeying instructions. If that Bodhisattva himself is capable, but those who are to be tamed do not listen as if obeying instructions, then in that case, doing the affairs of others is not important or consistent for him. Therefore, he cannot do the affairs of others. If that Bodhisattva himself is not capable or able, but those who are to be tamed listen as if obeying instructions, even for their own affairs, then in that case, doing the affairs of others is not important or consistent for the Bodhisattva. Therefore, he cannot do the affairs of others. Therefore, if both of these conditions are met, then doing the affairs of sentient beings will become important and consistent for the Bodhisattva, and therefore he will be able to do the affairs of others. If this is the case, then that Bodhisattva himself will also quickly attain the Buddha's teachings, and will also quickly lead sentient beings into the three vehicles.

matures, and oneself will also attain the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment, and will liberate all beings who have matured. Therefore, for these various reasons, these eight kinds of ripening fruits of the Bodhisattvas can benefit and bring happiness to sentient beings, so that even the fruitless and meaningless things in the cycle of all sentient beings will become fruitful and meaningful for them. So, what is merit? What is wisdom? Merit, in short, is the three perfections: the perfection of generosity, the perfection of ethics, and the perfection of patience. Wisdom is the only perfection, namely the perfection of wisdom. The perfection of diligence and the perfection of meditation should be understood as belonging to both the aspects of merit and wisdom. Relying on diligence to practice generosity, properly taking and guarding the precepts, cultivating immeasurable minds such as love, or similar actions, this is diligence belonging to the aspect of merit. Relying on diligence, one engages in the wisdom of listening, thinking, and meditating, and is skilled in the five aggregates, the twelve sources, the eighteen elements, the twelve links of dependent origination, and distinguishing between what is and is not the case. For suffering, one recognizes it as suffering; for the origin, one recognizes it as the origin; for cessation, one recognizes it as cessation; for the path, one recognizes it as the path. Or, one distinguishes between virtuous and non-virtuous dharmas, dharmas with and without faults, dharmas to be practiced and not to be practiced, bad and good dharmas, black and white dharmas, and the dharmas with detailed distinctions of dependent origination, distinguishing and differentiating them as they truly are. This is called diligence belonging to the aspect of wisdom. Relying on meditation to practice generosity, properly taking
