Because I am able to protect, it is not shared by all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, and even if that aspiration arises for only a moment, the nature of those dharmas that become immeasurable results of the suffering of all white dharmas of Bodhisattvas, and that aspiration is unchangeable and inexhaustible, and after obtaining it, it will not completely decline or change in any way, which is invisible. It is in accordance with the excellent aspects, and in the ultimate aspect of the future, it is generated by the ultimate of great Bodhi, therefore, the aspiration of the Bodhisattva is extremely clear, which is called Bodhicitta. The Bodhicitta of the Bodhisattva, in short, should be understood in four ways. What are the four? Initially, what kind of Bodhisattva will generate such a mind, and with what aim will it arise, and what kind of characteristics, with what kind of nature will it arise, and what benefits will arise from generating such a mind, through these four ways to understand the generation of Bodhicitta. In short, for the Bodhisattvas who abide in the stage of faith and practice, who have accumulated great roots of virtue in various ways, and for the Bodhisattvas who will surely produce the correct conduct of Bodhisattvas, such a mind will arise. In short, in order to quickly and completely perfect all the accumulations of perfect Bodhi in the future, and in order for all Bodhisattvas to completely benefit sentient beings, and for the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, and in order to perfect all the Buddha's dharmas, and in order to perfect the Buddha's activities, with these as the goal, the minds of the Bodhisattvas arise. In order to quickly and in various ways be in accordance with all the accumulations of Bodhi, and in order to be in accordance with the Bodhisattva activities of sentient beings in various ways, and in order to obtain the self-born wisdom of unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, and in accordance, and in order to be in accordance with the Buddha's activities in various ways, such a mind will arise. Generating such a mind, Bodhicitta

The heroes of the earth have transcended the respective stages of child Bodhisattvas. They have entered the faultless state of Bodhisattvas. They are born into the lineage of the Thus-Gone Ones. They are the heart-sons of the Thus-Gone Ones. They will definitely go to perfect enlightenment, and are certain members of the Thus-Gone One's lineage. Knowing that this is so, having gained faith, they have great joy. They are mostly without fault towards others. They are without harm. They are mostly without anger. In all ways, Bodhisattvas do what benefits sentient beings, in all ways, they perfect the accumulations for enlightenment, in all ways, with pure higher intention, they focus on enlightenment and the qualities of the Buddhas, and on accomplishing the activities of the Buddhas, and they enter with aspiration. This Dharma is quickly and truly accomplished, and those who are in harmony with it truly see and understand it, and thus they have great joy. They possess the manifestation of great virtue, are endowed with purity and incomparability, the supreme joy that benefits body and mind, and are endowed with blazing virtues. I am close to unsurpassed, perfect enlightenment. My higher intention for great enlightenment is pure. Thinking, 'I am free from all fears,' therefore, they also have great joy. Thus, when a Bodhisattva generates a mind that is extremely determined, they have abandoned the five fears. For one who has thoroughly cultivated the wisdom of selflessness, even the thought of self does not arise, so how could attachment to self or attachment to possessions arise in them? Therefore, they have no fear of lack of livelihood. They also do not expect anything from others, and they also desire in this way: 'I myself will accomplish all the benefit of these sentient beings,' thus they think. Therefore, they have no fear of interruption. Because they are free from the view of self, the thought of self does not arise in them, therefore, they have no fear of death. 'After death, in the future, I will definitely meet the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas,' thus they are certain.
