Bodhisattvas teach beings most of the Dharma of meaning that is appropriate to them, therefore they are called "Sutras." Because they constantly arise and occur, and because the previous peaceful teachers constantly spoke and spoke of them, they are also called "Sutras." This is the path to becoming great wealth and going beyond the peak of existence, therefore it is called "Sutra." How do Bodhisattvas truly see all conditioned phenomena as impermanent? Here, the Bodhisattva focuses on the inexpressible nature of all conditioned phenomena, which is only constantly non-existent, and thus sees all conditioned phenomena as impermanent. Furthermore, because the very object of the inexpressible is not completely and correctly understood, by focusing on the arising and ceasing that come from the cause of not completely understanding, all conditioned phenomena of the inexpressible nature are truly seen as impermanent. Thus, he truly sees the past conditioned phenomena as having arisen and ceased, and does not observe their cause and nature. Therefore, he truly sees them as existing by cause and nature. Those that are presently occurring are truly seen as having arisen but not ceased. Their cause is not observed, because the fruit has already been produced. The nature is not observed, because it has not ceased. Therefore, they are truly seen as existing by nature, but not from cause. The future conditioned phenomena are seen as unborn and unceased. Their cause is observed, because the fruit has not yet been produced. The nature is not observed, because it has not been born. Therefore, those Bodhisattvas see them as existing from cause, but not from nature. Thus, he sees that in the three times, the continuum of conditioned phenomena flows without ceasing, and thus in each moment of conditioned phenomena, he sees the three conditioned characteristics of conditioned phenomena, and after the moment, he truly sees the fourth conditioned characteristic of conditioned phenomena. Among them, in the first moment of conditioned phenomena, as soon as the nature disappears, the nature of the moment of conditioned phenomena that did not exist before appears, that is...

It appears as birth. That which, having been born, is not destroyed at that time, appears as abiding. The momentary nature of a conditioned thing that has previously ceased, arising in relation to that which has previously ceased, that which is different or changes into something different, appears as aging. After that moment of birth, the momentary nature of a conditioned thing arises, that which is destroyed, appears as disintegration. Therefore, the moment of a conditioned thing arises, that which truly sees its own nature, its birth and abiding, and aging are also its own nature, and it does not appear as a nature other than that. After that moment, the nature of the moment of a conditioned thing becomes non-existent, and it also truly appears as the very nature of those such as birth. If those four characteristics of conditioned phenomena are summarized, then the state of conditioned things, in short, is well distinguished by two, that is, well distinguished by existence and well distinguished by non-existence. Among them, the Blessed One establishes that which exists as one of the characteristics of conditioned phenomena. That which is the nature is established as the second characteristic of conditioned phenomena. The existence of those conditioned things is distinguished by being different from abiding, therefore, it is established as the third characteristic of conditioned phenomena. Thus, a Bodhisattva never sees the substantial nature of birth, abiding, aging, and impermanence as being fully established apart from conditioned phenomena. Why is that? Because he only focuses on the arising of conditioned phenomena, and does not focus on the otherness of its birth, abiding, aging, and impermanence. He only focuses on the abiding, aging, and disintegration of conditioned phenomena, and does not focus on the very nature of its birth, abiding, aging, and impermanence. Even if analyzed by reasoning, a Bodhisattva does not focus on these such as birth as substances. If analyzed in this way, it is not focused on. If there were a different dharma of birth apart from conditioned things such as form, then it, like conditioned things such as form, would arise according to its own nature, it would also
