It is the ultimate realization. Among them, by fully seeking the general characteristics, fully seeking all aspects, fully seeking all times, and fully seeking all reasons, one can realize the truth as it is. What the yogi should know is like this: the meaning of what is said, and all the knowable things that exist, whatever exists as it is, are limited to this. Among them, when a yogi who is diligent in the impure contemplates and distinguishes, how does he fully seek the six bases? It is said that by hearing and holding the Dharma based on impurity, through the mind that abides in the place of samadhi, he thinks separately in this way: this impurity is impure. This is unpleasant. This is rotten, smells bad, and smells disgusting. Therefore, he separately contemplates the meaning of those forms, and all those similar to those forms, the meaning of the Dharma previously heard based on impurity. In this way, he fully seeks the meaning of impurity. How does he fully seek things? In this way, separately contemplating the meaning is to observe that impurity itself, dividing it into two parts, internal and external. How does he fully seek its own nature? Internally, first of all, for this body, from the hair, body hair, brain marrow, brain membrane to the feces, it exists widely. Thus, for the parts belonging to the internal body, he believes in decay and impurity. For the various impurities belonging to the internal body, he also believes that they are the collection of two elements, namely the earth element and the water element. Among them, from the hair, body hair, starting from the spleen and feces, he believes that they are the earth element. From tears, mucus, starting from urine, he believes that they are the water element. Externally, he also believes in impurity through the forms of discarded objects belonging to the external, etc. Among them, believing in discarded objects is that he contemplates women or men, friends or ordinary people, bad people or middle people, good people or children, middle-aged people.
