Nga. What is the ultimate state? To that, faith that is not completely pure is that which is not well cultivated, not completely accomplished, and not ultimately become. Then, what are the actions to be done in the yoga of yoga? It is said: Four. What are the four? They are: the cessation of the base, the transformation of the base, the complete knowledge of the object, and the great joy in the object. Among these, the cessation of the base is the gradual cessation of the base that possesses the bad situation of diligently cultivating yoga and mindfulness. Having great suppleness is the transformation of the base, that is, the cessation of the base and the transformation of the base are the actions to be done in yoga. Among these, what is called complete knowledge of the object and great joy in the object is preceded by the cessation of the base and the transformation of the base, and because of the complete knowledge of the object and the great joy in the object, there is also cessation and transformation of the base. Complete knowledge of the object and great joy in the object is to first eliminate the completely pure base, and because of the completely pure base, when the necessity is completely accomplished, there is also the entry of the knowledge of the object that is extremely pure and the great joy. Therefore, these four bases are called the actions to be done in the yoga of yoga. Then, how many kinds of yoga practice are there? It is said: Three. What are the three? They are: the beginner, the completely trained, and the one who has transcended mindfulness. Among these, the yoga practice of the beginner is of two kinds: the beginner of mindfulness and the beginner of taming afflictions. Among these, the beginner of mindfulness is the very act of focusing on one point, and as long as mindfulness is not attained and the mind has not touched the state of one-pointedness, it is the beginner. Among these, the beginner of taming afflictions is the one who has attained mindfulness and wants to tame the mind from afflictions, based on the mindfulness that distinguishes the characteristics of each, and is accustomed to taking and abandoning. That is the taming of afflictions.
